Charm Getaway - Oceanfront family home in a quiet stretch of Surf City !

Great amenities, property had everything we need. Will stay again!

An amazing property in a great location. Completely unobstructed views of the ocean. Make sure you wake up early and catch the sunrise, absolutely beautiful. The house is well stocked with everything you need for beach days including beach towels, chairs, floats, boards and sand toys for the kids. The hot tub came in clutch with the kids as they spent every evening in it. The house also has a lot of spices for cooking, pots, pans, skillets and several appliances. All of the furniture was in great condition and the beds were spacious and comfortable. Something to note is that you enter the home on the floor that has all of the bedrooms apart from the master which is located upstars with the kitchen and living room, so if someone in your group has mobility issues, this would be difficult as the main living areas are upstairs. We didnt have an issue but just something to think about. I would 100% stay here again!

Host was very responsive. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils making it very easy to make meals yourself. Made for a very relaxing and fun get away

We had a lovely family Christmas at this beautiful oceanfront home. The home is very comfortable and very well equipped. The four king size beds were perfect for our family configuration. Our host was excellent and even had a Christmas tree for us to enjoy. We look forward to being able to visit this beautiful beach and home again.

Really nice location right at the beach. Top level deck doesn’t have stairs which was a plus for us with small kids.

Great Property & Owner. Family of 13 & 2 dogs and we had pleanty of room. Property very clean. Everything we needed for a great beach trip. Easy check in and check out. Well stocked kitchen. Beach literally at front porch steps. Highly recommend.

Loved it! Can't beat the location. The house is well-stocked with everything you need; it's clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time and plan to return. (Stayed at the owners' other property last summer. They are great hosts.)

We had a fantastic stay at Charm Getaway in Topsail Beach, Surf City! This home was exactly what we were hoping for—and more. We had two families staying together, and the layout worked perfectly for everyone to have both space and comfort.The location is unbeatable—right on the ocean with direct beach access, which made it effortless to go back and forth throughout the day. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee with a view that never gets old. Ghost crab searching at night was fun as well! The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious, making it easy to cook for a group. Everything felt clean and thoughtfully maintained. All the king beds were comfortable, and each bedroom setup made it easy for everyone to settle in and relax. There were beach chairs and other outdoor items. We used Instacart and DoorDash easily. The whole experience was smooth, peaceful, and truly felt like a getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Long weekend birthday celebration with a party of 9 women. The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The upstairs balcony overlooked the ocean. Deck chairs were high enough to view the ocean over the railing. All beach chairs and umbrellas were in good working condition. The property manager was quick to answer any questions had . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just bring yourself, your food and your swimsuit because Charm Getaway supplies everything else you might need. This property is nicely furnished and very well maintained and the ocean views are amazing. If you’re lucky with the weather, like we were, you can catch the most amazing sunrises and spend your days collecting shells and sharks teeth along the shores of an almost private beach. Katrina, the owner, was quickly responsive to any questions I had before and after our stay and Christine, the local manager, was equally responsive and provided me with all the info needed for access to the home when we arrived. It’s a 5 star recommendation from my family. Would definitely come again!

This is our third time staying at this property, and we keep coming back due to the amazing location, home and great host! The house is equipped with everything you could need, the town of surf city is so lovely! Our family cherishes the memories we’ve made over the years!!

The property was beautiful in a perfect location. Communication was great, smooth check-in. Easy to get to the beach, the house was clean and tidy, hot tub was great to enjoy outside on chilly days in early March. Don't hesitate to book.

I wasn’t sure what to expect since I am from the Pacific Northwest & have a beach house on the Pacific Ocean, but to say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. House is amazing, great for families. Excellent location to the beach & Surf City. Great communication from owner & property manager. Had no issues to report everything was clean & in working order when we arrived. I would totally recommend this property to others. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Our family of 6 enjoyed felt welcomed into this home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the closeness to the beach couldn't be beat, and the house was very clean. We settled in for a week of dolphin watching, chilly beach walks, and lots of family dinners and games while gathered around the table. We enjoyed thrifting in Wilmington, touring the Battleship, and Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn. The hot tub was enjoyed most evenings and the decks and furniture were appreciated--we would happily recommend this home to future guests.

This is our third time renting this charming beach house. The house is perfect! Incredible ocean views with a commute to the water in less than 30 seconds. We stayed with 2 families (4 adults and 5 children) and the size was perfect! You definitely get what you pay for. Christine is the best manager and will take care of anything you need. She was even willing to give us a late check out to have more time at the beach.

This was our third year staying here and we love everything about this house. It’s so nice not to have to pack anything but our clothes. This house has it all and is so comfortable. We look forward to our Mom’s weekend here every year. Thank you for another amazing stay!!

This is our fourth year staying at this wonderful property and there is no place we would rather be to build lasting memories with our family. Always a great time and the hosts and property manager could not be more gracious and accommodating. Looking forward to next year already!

The property was very clean and location couldn't have been better. Communication leading up to and during the stay was excellent. The kids played on the beach all day and loved the outdoor shower and toys provided. The adults loved the multiple decks, hot tub, comfy beds and easy access to the beautiful beach. We can't wait for our next visit. 5 stars all around!

We had an awesome stay. The property was ideally located and the communication was flawless. Very well appointed for home cooking if that's important to others and made it really easy with our 5 and 7 year old. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't operational during our trip, but they had a tech there within an hour to try to get it running (bad part that had to be ordered). Highly recommend to others and I am sure we will be back.

We had the unfortunate experience of being here during a tropical storm, but enjoyed every moment regardless!! The house was PERFECT for our family group of 12 and everyone from the granparents to the teens had a blast. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Second time to this home. Everything was perfect! Relaxed & enjoy the ocean. House is so comfortable for all ages. Definitely will return!
