Stayed May 28, 2026We enjoy staying at Amanda home. She was great at let us know about the house advance of checking in. We felt very welcome.The very large screened in porch was great in the evening with the rain. The place is family-friendly. Not to far from Folly Beach, Johns Island and downtown Charleston. Very quite and with no street noise. The inside has very much been remodeled, so very new. We will stay again in the future.

Stayed Dec 27, 2024We stayed at this property for a week after Christmas and found that it met all our needs. If you have a car the location on James Island is handy for visiting not only Charleston and Folly Beach, but really all the sites of interest in the area.
