Stayed Jul 12, 2025We hosted a family reunion week on Folly Beach, and the Pink Flamingo was perfect. Very well appointed for easy beach living. Being steps from the ocean allowed everyone to keep their own schedules, enjoy each other, and the great area. Tide pools, beach combing, surfing/boogie boards, walks, bike rides... perfect relaxing week!

Stayed Nov 18, 2024The home was awesome! The views were absolutely stunning! We stayed to celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday so the elevator certainly came in handy! The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils that we needed, the home was very clean and tidy as well.

Stayed Oct 19, 2024Enjoyed our time at this beach front rental with family ages 60-88 years old. Loved the outdoor shaded dining area where we enjoyed our meals. This area has a nice dining table and comfortable couches. The roof top deck was wonderful. A few of us even slept up there listening to the waves all night. The elevator was helpful for our 88 year old mother. I wish it would have gone all the way to the roof top area for her. There is plenty of room for a large group to enjoy whether you're inside or outside. The kitchen was very well stocked. Communication with the property Mangement group was excellent.They were easy to contact before and during our time there. Having the ability to reach someone at any time of day is very important to me when renting. If any problems arise having contact information and then actually being able to reach a live staff person 24/7 is vital. Beds were comfortable. We used the beach rental credit provided by the property to rent bikes and enjoyed biking around on the island. The location of this home is perfect. Close enough to walk to the Main Street to enjoy restaurants and shops if you desire yet you are far enough away from that area that does get busy in the evening. Being right on the beach and having the amazing ocean view is what this property is all about and what you are paying for. From the roof top the sunrise and sunset views are beautiful. I would definitely rent this property again.

Stayed Oct 12, 202410 friends from high school together after 50 years stayed for a week. We had plenty of room, easy access to beach, every appliance we could think of in a large kitchen. Watched beautiful sunrise from comfortable porch. Would go back again, everything very nice
