Charleston 1BR Suite - Heart of Charleston!

Well laid out suite. The kitchen had everything that you needed. It was very close to King Street making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Having on site parking was a major plus!

The property is central to a lot of great places to eat and shop with free, clean public transportation to the waterfront, aquarium, and the market along with many other areas of the city. The property itself is super cute and fully functional the minute you step inside. Slept like a baby and enjoyed space just to chill in comfort!

The property was clean, conveniently located and offered a lot of extra amenities. Overall very pleased.

Loved the location, it was walking distance to everything. Bring ear plugs for the weekends because it can get loud in the evening.

The place was awesome.

The sloped porch is funny but appreciated the table and chairs. Bed super comfy and the living room furniture as well. Appreciated the washer/dryer and ice cubes! Not a bad walk to the shops and restaurants either. Recommend for those that like space more than a hotel bed and one chair.

Perfect spot for our weekend getaway! Very conveniently located to restaurants, shops and coffee. Host was very communicative and helpful.

EVERYTHING Was excellent. Great place to stay. checkin very easy. GREAT one bedroom in prime spot. Charleston city living at-it’s-best !!!!Easy parking behind the building. A must stay if you are staying in downtown Charleston. I’d choose over a hotel any day.

We had an issue with WiFi, the modem was in unit A. Had to be restarted twice but I wasn’t working this trip so it was no issue.

We had a pleasant stay! It was clean and neat. It’s an older place and could use a little work especially outside but not bad for the rate and the location.

Our first visit to Charleston, and this one bdrm suite was just perfect. The location was great, and we enjoyed walking everywhere. We loved having free parking on site. Its a bustling area, with a lot of traffic and foot traffic outside, but we enjoyed the vibe a lot. We did travel with a little sound machine, and we found that beneficial when going to bed early bc of our early departure. Also, we loved the little coffee shop around the corner, Island Provisions, and the lattes and matcha were both fantastic! The make their own syrups. Overall, the suite was spacious and everything was super clean. The towels and linens were very nice. Cozy living area with good options on the big screen. Very pleased with our stay.

Great location close to king street. Huge master bed. Everything you need for a trip to downtown Charleston.

Place was clean and location excellent. Only problem were the mini splits were extremely noisy constantly buzzing. I would love to stay again for longer but only if the HVAC was addressed.

The property is in a great location near a bunch of good restaurants and had everything we needed. Communication with property owners was prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this property.

This house had the perfect location for all things downtown Charleston! Walking distance to so many shops, the Charleston Market, Pineapple Fountain, everything we wanted to see. Parking is tight so be aware of that when driving but once there, you won’t have to drive again unless you choose to. Can’t wait to return!

House was in a good location, but some cabinets and washing drier machine hinges were broken or falling off.

We loved our stay here! The location is great, the communication was excellent and they even offer luggage storage!! The icing on the cake was we could order goodies ahead of time. We had beer, wine and snacks ready for our arrival.

Wonderful location with many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, AC worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. Some guests have reported street noise since the bedroom faced the street, and while this is certainly true didn't bother us. While off street parking is a plus, the allotted spots (which belonged to more than one property) were extremely tight to accommodate today's SUVs. This was a concern. Also, the stairway leading to this upstairs apartment was very steep (this is a very old house) and the handrail only covered half of the staircase.

The location is central and provides easy access to the downtown area. That was very nice. However, the location is very noisy. That may not bother some, but we find it difficult to sleep with significant street noise. The location on a busy street was not disclosed in the listing. In addition, the mini split AC system was also very noisy, particularly in the seating area. Also, we timed our stay there so we could do some laundry. However, the dryer was not working. The host made arrangements to take the laundry somewhere else, which was appreciated. It was very inconvenient.

Near great restaurants, clean and charming

As our first trip of a family with a small child (4 months), I knew our weekend would be a test run. I am very thankful for the pack n play provided and also the washer/dryer/tide pods. They also provide a water pitcher with a filter which we used a ton. These are now things I will always be on the look out for when traveling.

We had a great stay! We were here for one night with our dog. We enjoyed the location and walked quite a bit. We were very thankful for the parking spot. The apartment was comfy and spacious.

Super close to shop , eat and grab a drink , get groceries Everything is within a few mins walk. Very easy get in and out .. super clean place. will stay again on next trip.
