Charles Town Home w/ Private Pool & Hot Tub

House was clean and supplied ample towels for bath and pool. Kitchen had lots of supplies, but limited organization. Pool and hot tub were excellent for all ages. We spent many hours outside! Setting up “bed” from modular sofa in theater room was a huge pain. Additional rollaway beds were a mixture of twin mattresses and essentially twin sized nap mats which were fine for a child, but would not be adequate for most adults. The only other issue we had was that there was one full living area with no furniture in it rendering it unusable. The images in the listing have it as a dining room, but the dining table was switched to another room. We would have enjoyed more couches and chairs for lounging. Overall the home allowed 22 of us to gather and enjoy time together under one roof for an excellent price. Communication with the property management company was easy and they were quickly responsive.

It was lovely, the pictures undersell this property. The only complaint I have is the main coffee maker did not work. Otherwise it was perfect and we had a wonderful family gathering here.

This is an amazing property, just as listed. Clean, spacious, gracious hosts that leave snacks and fresh baked cookies. Thoughtful baskets of necessities just in case you forgot something. Fully stocked kitchen for all of your cooking needs. Games and books galore! We had a group of 9 teachers on summer break that needed a place to relax and have fun together! The outside pool area was just what we needed. Hot tub, water slide, large pool, lounge chairs, yard games, fire pit and materials, you name it, they had it. Would stay here again!

Our recent visit to The Lodge at Summit Point in CharlesTown, WV more than exceeded our expectations. The kitchen, bedrooms, game room, library and pool and yard were fabulously stocked with everything (plus more) than expected. The home was very clean and welcoming touches were a pleasant surprise. We would love to make a return visit.

This home is so much more than you pay for. It is in one of the most beautiful and quiet parts of the country with plenty of places to explore and adventure nearby. The pool was a huge hit, and the outdoor kitchen was used every day. We stayed in early June and the temperatures were perfect. The host was extremely helpful with us getting the pool setup. Check in and check out were a breeze. My only complaint is that we should have stayed here a few more days, it was honestly that great! We will definitely be bringing the family and friends back this way soon!

We had a great weekend with family and very much enjoyed the home

This is our third year staying in this house and we love it. The company accommodates our requests and is quick to respond if we need anything. The house itself is laid out perfectly for what we need with lots of rooms for both kids and adults.

Our families decided to rent the property for a getaway close to the DMV. It was easy to check in, get around Charles Town and enjoy the property. Even with an unexpected 6 of snow, we still found time to appreciate everything the property had to offer.

This is unlike any of vacation homes I have booked. On the onset, there are homemade, baked cookies still warm to the touch. The house is stocked with items such as fresh fruit, S'mores making kits, and chips/snacks. It adds an amazing touch. There are plenty of activities to do, from billiards to ping pong, hot tub, basketball games. Tons of puzzles and board games. I wish we had more time to do everything the house affords the guests whom stay. Nothing needs to change, please continue to hold the bar as high as you've made it.

Our stay was very lovely. Everyone had a great time the house had everything you could possibly want. The pool was still open so that was a bonus surprise. An absolutely beautiful property and would love to stay there again

We had 4 families from around country meet here to spend a week together and explore this part of USA thar we haven't been to before. The house was spacious, well equipped for cooking, relaxing, recreation. Enjoyed the grand piano, pool, theater room, and myriad of games like pool and chess. We liked the ample parking, and house set back far from road so kids were safe. Many thanks.

Lots of space for everyone, excellent pool and hot tub

We used this property to gather our family for a weekend getaway and do a vow renewal. It was perfect and the snacks and goodies that were there for check in was a huge hit with the family (adults and kids).

A beautiful home. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Plenty of space and a big kitchen for cooking. The snacks and food provided was a nice extra. The only complaint was that I attempted three or four emails and three phone calls before I got an answer to my questions about the house.

I organized a bach party for my buddy and 11 other fools, we had an amazing time. This property is epic and worth every penny. Had a wonderful time relaxing here.
