Characterful 3 bedroom cottage walking distance to stunning Margaret River town!

⛽️⛽️ For bookings in May & June, guests receive a local petrol voucher of $25 for 2 night stays or a $50 voucher for 3 nights or more - our gift to you to make it a little easier ⛽️⛽️ On entry at the cottage (large house) there is a sense of arrival with a high vaulted ceiling opening up a large, open welcoming living space with an open log fire, TV, couches & dining table for 6. It feels like you've been transported into a fairytalesetting full of charm and character yet with all the facilities and amenities you want as a guest. This 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom abode happily accommodates 6 people. The modern kitchen overlooks the avocado trees that provide abundant fruit for guests to enjoy in the warmer months. There is also a lemon tree with plenty of lemons!
There is plenty of space inside the cottage to eat, relax, work and play. A seperate office space offers the WFH crew a space to set up. 2 of the queen bedrooms are downstairs with a third 'adults retreat' space upstairs featuring a queen sized bed, bar area, TV, and balcony overlooking the picturesque gardens. A small lounge area next to the parents retreat has a CD & record player, mood lighting & couches as another cool indoor space to try your wines & gourmet goods purchased locally. Outside there is plenty of room to host a family gathering with the added convenience of an outdoor pizza oven to keep the chefs happy. This charming space has great views out over the valley with festive lighting to add atmosphere. This is truly one of Margaret Rivers most special homes, set in a relaxing garden setting, on a quiet street.

We recommend a minimum of 3 nights where possible so you have at least 2 full days to explore the region.

SURFERS & BOARDRIDERS!!! You have access to board racks and a lockable shed on the property. There is also a small gym set up in the spacious shed if you fancy afew chin ups before brekky!
