New to the island Grande fisherman granite house, very charming, close to the sea (100 meters at high tide), sea view, in a quiet impasse, any comfort (renovated in 2015) with sunny terrace to the southwest. Direct access to the coastal path that goes around the island (GR 34), 500 meters from sandy beaches. Sailing school nearby, LPO (Bird Protection League).
Close to Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, Ploumanac'h, Trébeurden. 10 km TGV station and airport.

Stayed Jun 26, 20242 bedrooms on 1st floor, no bathroom, dangerous staircase for not so young or physically fit. Bathroom on ground floor very small and tiny wash basin. Circular shower, inadequate, no shower mat. Before we left we cleaned everything better than we found it and were still charged a cleaning fee.
