We had a wonderful time celebrating 2 of us Turning 50 this year. The house for us all great. The kitchen got hot fast as there’s no air conditioner near the kitchen. And the back door you have to be careful going out to the back patio. The retractable privacy fence is very nice. The firepit is not in a handy spot. Would have been better either out front or on the back patio. The table on the patio was perfect. Bedrooms all have air conditioners which was lovely on a hot sunny weekend. Had lots of fun going to wineries. Belhurst Castle, Three Brothers, Zugibe, and Ventosa’s. All wonderful. Lots of laughs and happy memories.

The house was nice, but the door knobs are glass and many of them are not functional. The door knobs fall off or the doors don’t close all the way.

This was a great value. The property was clean and location was excellent. The upstairs shower was pretty small, but that would be the ONLY negative thing. Would be great for families with younger/ smaller children.

This is a cute little house that definitely looked larger in the pictures. The down stairs and kitchen layout was a little smaller than we anticipated but It worked for our 5 girl wine tour weekend. It was very clean and well kept. The bedrooms were spacious for our needs. Due to the carpeting the upstairs bathroom door was a little hard to shut. The outside grill needed to be cleaned before we could use it and then did not work properly giving just a small space that actually lit to cook on and did not get up to temperature. We could not find the grilling utensils although we were told they were there. The owner was very attentive to our needs and answered questions in a timely fashion. I would says read all the instructions the owner leaves you and it will make things like using the electric fireplace and TVs a little easier. It does say towels provided but there is not an abundance of them so bringing your own might be a good idea. All in all, we had a nice time and liked the location and the large table to use for meals and playing games.

Perfect spot for a wine weekend. The house was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. Also, communications with the owner/manager were fantastic - prompt and responsive to all of my questions.

The house was perfect for us. Six guys in the house. Plenty of room to relax and discuss old times. It is just up the street from Cayuga Lake . Two full baths was a plus. Would definitely return.

They need to clean better, have more toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. They need to get new mattresses. The screens in the backyard were nice to cover up the trash in the open bay. We think this house is a work in progress.
