Description

Jaca: Magnificent detached villa of 650m2 with 1 400m2 of land with private pool and gym. The house is divided into 3 levels. On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a large kitchen, a dining room, living room, conservatory and bedroom with bathroom for the service.
Bedrooms:
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 90 cm bed and bathroom. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms: a bedroom with a bed of 1.35 cms, travel cot and bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 1.05 cm each andbathroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each 1 , 05 cms and without bathroom in room. Bathroom in the hall. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two 80 cm beds. Bathroom with tub to share. Total beds: 2 of 90 cm, 2 of 80 cm, 6 of 1.05 cm, 1 of 1.35 cm and 1 of 1.30 cm. It has a closed garage for one or two cars and storage. The bathrooms have a hydromassage column except for the one located on the second floor and the service one.
The beds have mattresses and viscoelastic pillows of 20 cms with the exception of the individual ground floor room whose mattress is springs.

Being situated in the villa area of Jaca, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral, next to the Citadel, lets you enjoy the cultural and gastronomic offer of Jaca without having to use the car to move to the city.
Jaca is a city near the ski resorts of Formigal, Panticosa, Astún and Candanchú. Its microclimate makes this small town one of the sunniest in Spain.
Nestled in the Huesca Pyrenees allows quick access to the natural park of Ordesa.
Quiet and a fantastic selection of bars, restaurants, shops and activities related to nature such as rafting, canyoning, hiking, mountaineering, climbing, winter sports activities city, etc.
In winter it is ideal to enjoy the sun and the nearby shops those days when you do not step skiing. In summer you can enjoy the private pool and outstanding barbecue for outdoor meals.

Our stay at this property was excellent, the location was ideal as a base to explore the Pyrenees and communication with Elena was very good. I would highly recommend this property, and will probably be looking to book again next year.

Great location within walking distance of the centre of Jaca and an easy drive to the Astún and Candanchú ski resorts. The house is large and comfortable - perfect accommodation for our group of family and friends. Elena was very helpful with answering any questions or requests.

This is a beautiful house in beautiful area. Myself and my friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were very impressed with the spacious rooms, cleanliness and ample facilities. Our host Elena was fantastic, very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had.
