Stayed Aug 9, 2024Chalet Foret was a piece of heaven. The house was truly a marvel with everything one needed and cosy as well. Sitting on the balcony for meals and staring out over the serene valley capped a wonderful day of exploring the Black Forest. So many interesting areas to visit within a short drive and the only problem was having to leave this wonderful home to explore the area. I couldn't have been happier staying at Chalet Foret.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Pros: The house is very new, beautifully furnished, and everything has been thought of. The location is stunning with an incredible view, and from the house and nearby surroundings, you can take beautiful walks. The hostess was also very friendly and takes care of everything for you. She was even kind enough to do and hang up our laundry. It is highly recommended, and we would love to come back again. Cons: Actually, there is nothing we didn't like; it's truly fantastic there and a 100% recommendation.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Pros: Basically, we enjoyed a most delightful 9-day stay at the house. Everything was spotlessly clean and the entire house is invitingly decorated. Rosie, who looks after the property, was so helpful and informative. We were forced to change our travel itinerary and the owners and Rosie worked very hard to accomodate our desire to arrive 5 days earlier than booked. The kitchen is very well equiped with everything one might want. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent, the furniture is super comfortable and high quality. The views from the property are stunning. The larger town of Todtnau is only a 10-minute drive away and there you'll find grocery stores, banks, eateries and other stores. Overall, we could not have enjoyed our stay any more than we did. Undoubtedly, one of the very best rental properties out of the over 100 properties we have stayed in. We were genuinely sad to leave.
