This beautiful flat is a haven of peace located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca with terrace and availability for 5 guests.
In bustling Palma we find this haven of tranquillity, the best experience to discover Palma and its surroundings. Enjoy a cosy terrace at the top of the flat, where you can relax after a fantastic day's shopping, read a book or have an apéritif with friends or family.

The modern dwelling consists of 2 floors where you can spend your holidays. As soonas you enter, you will find a spacious living-dining room with AC and Smart TV. In the same area, you will also find the open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob and all the facilities to cook appetizing dishes. Completing the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, very well-equipped. The first one is equipped with a double bed, TV, AC, and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a trundle bed, TV, AC, and wardrobe. Closing the first floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower. Connecting through a staircase to the second floor, you will find the last bedroom, which is equipped with a trundle bed, TV, AC, and chest of drawers. Finally, concluding with the amenities of this house, we locate a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Also, if you are travelling with children, we can provide them with a cot and a high chair.

    Very nice accommodation for a young couple or maybe a family with older kids. Not great with a 2 year old as the steps are very steep. Walking distance to everything you could need. Very strong smell of mould and on most walls downstairs. Lovely hot tub and everything you could need for a stay.

    Very nice host. Apartment was clean and modern the same as on photos. Location is good. Main Palma beach is just 15 minutes far from accommodation. Big thanks for fast and fully answering on my mails. One thing can be very nice if you let travelers know about tourist tax before booking accommodation or include it in the apartment price. Thanks for your nice hospitality ♥️

    The apartment was exactly as described, extremely clean, with everything that we needed. Unfortunately the parking was a bit of a nightmare but once we found an underground parking facility we’ve had no issues anymore. The location of the apartment is not ideal for those who want to be close to the beach, but if you rent a car you can get anywhere in the city within 10-20 minutes

    Our electricity went for 2 days and we were given no compensation for this which is very disappointing as we were without any WiFi, cold water and etc for 2 days. The beds were pretty comfy as well there was good living space as well as a lovely balcony where all us friends could relax.
