The main level holds all 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with the kitchen and dining area. Central air conditioning throughout. The lower level boasts a great space with plenty of comfortable seating, TV and half bath. Off the living area on the lower level is a walk out to thepatio/backyard. There are two outdoor tables, both with umbrellas suitable for dining or just hanging out! If you don't want to head to the beach to get some sun, enjoy sunbathing in one of the lounge chairs in the back lawn. Cool down and rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower.

Located only a 5 minute drive (3 miles) to Narragansett Town Beach. There are 4 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach toys provided along with 4 Narragansett Town Beach passes!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
