This VRBO is a beautiful, historic home that is clearly treated with love and care. The house was very clean and kitchen was well-equipped for cooking.Because of the home's age, the windows could be a little drafty, but easily blocked with an extra pillow or towel on the sills. The Nest thermostat was a little confusing at first, but it worked well once we got the hang of it.Host is very responsive and helpful!

We stayed 5 nights and had 2 adults with 3 kids. The house was perfectly situated to do things downtown like attend concerts, visit tourist sites like the arch and zoo and City museum, and visit outside the city limits attractions like Grant's Farm! Everything was within 10-15 min drive (including Aldi!). The house floorplan was perfect for our family, and it was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Definitely saving this VRBO for our next visit!

The Jule House is a very spacious townhome. We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults, grandmother, and 2 kids) for 5 nights to see St. Louis and had ample space. The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed - the pictures are very representative. Most of all I would like to remark that the hosts (we communicated with Lauren) were outstanding. The response time is fantastic. We had one minor request and it was solved promptly. The location is great for all St. Louis outings and we were able to get to and from the downtown multiple times per day because everything seemed within 10-15 minutes drive. We packed in the Zoo (fantastic!), City Museum (our favorite!), Gateway Arch, Science Center, Aquarium at Union Station, Museum of Illusions, and Clementine's Ice Cream in 4 days. I was also able to take a whole-day video work meeting, so the WiFi is great. This is a common route for our road trips on the way to visiting family, and we would definitely consider staying in Lauren's house again.

We loved the character in the townhome. Even with it newly updated, it still has the charm of an older home. It was nicely decorated and the kitchen had many needed items. Beds were comfortable. It is extremely close to all the fun St. Louis things to do - only about a 10 minute drive to The Arch, City Museum, etc. The neighborhood felt safe. Parking was never an issue and we were able to park directly in front of the home every time. There was always plenty of extra parking on the street as well. We did have an issue with the oven not being cleaned, which we didn't discover until after it was already preheating (something was burning), so then needed to cool down to be cleaned by us before we could cook. I did let the owner know about this. This led to us needing to open the window covering in the kitchen, which was not functioning properly. We also had to open the kitchen window. It was pretty dirty when we opened the window, but we would not have noticed if we hadn't needed to open it. The upkeep of the yard is not really up to par with the pictures, however, we were not using it so it wasn't a huge deal for us. Some of the window coverings do not go all the way down, which caused us to have to use some pillows to cover the openings. Master bathroom window was facing a brick wall, but when it's dark out and the light is on in the bathroom, we didn't feel comfortable not covering the opening. Even with these slight inconveniences, I would still recommend this townhome.

Came to St. Louis to catch a few baseball games. The property was a short drive to Busch stadium & the arch. Very clean and had everything we needed.

We came to STL for a 3 night stay and this was minutes away from the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Aquarium, and Busch Stadium. The hosts were easy to talk to and checked in on us on occasion!
