We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as described. Very spacious and comfortable. We visited right after the major snow/ice storm. Fortunately, the property had power, and we did not have to cancel our trip. We had a few questions right before our stay, the host responded quickly. Property is well worth it. Thanks!

The house was great, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nice and the fenced in driveway area felt very secure.

Our host was more than helpful and responded instantaneously to any questions or concerns we had. The house itself was simple and clean and they supplied us with just what we needed. Smooth check in and check out. Our flight was delayed and they had no issue with extending checkout an hour later. We had a great time celebrating my best friend's 50th birthday and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful clean house with great fenced in backyard for visitors with dogs. Well stocked with everything you need. Management company was very helpful. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet and calm, especially for a downtown home. We had zero issues during our stay. Highly recommended especially for guests looking for a pet friendly place.

Home was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. Host had good communication throughout our rental. Some of the surrounding area was a little questionable but we didn’t have any problems during the stay. I would definitely stay again at this location when I’m in Nashville again.

The house was perfect! It was about 10 minutes from Broadway and 15-20 minutes to Opry. It was very spacious and had all the appliances we needed. I do recommend they should have coffee cream and sugar for their guest. The neighbors were a little sketchy but they didn’t bother! Also if you have any questions or concerns about the property they answer right away!

Took my daughter for her 21st birthday and the place was great. Would definitely recommend.

Property was exactly as advertised. A quick Uber ride to and from all the action downtown but a nice quiet spot to relax during the day. Host was easy to communicate with, but we didn’t really need anything after the check in instructions were received. A reasonably priced hassle free place to stay. I’m not sure what more one could ask for.

We had a good stay, it was mostly cleaned - we found a marijuana cookie in the table drawer. The beds are REALLY noisy and there is the bare minimum in the kitchen. In the end we enjoyed our stay, but we could not cook as much as we wished.

We stayed here for a cheer competition that was held downtown. The proximity to downtown is great and the house itself was nice, however the surrounding area was a little sketchy feeling. We definitely would not go out at night. Parking was slightly cumbersome because you had to have someone go into the front door and walk around to the back gate to open it to be able to get in to park. The back gates only open from the inside. This would have been a good thing to know when we arrived after dark the day we got there and had to access the back gate from a not so safe looking alleyway. We had an issue with the electronic door lock the last night we were there and an alarm kept going off on the dead bolt that would not stop. When I first notified the company they were not going to send someone out until the next morning. Then I informed them that it was a constant high pitched beeping and we needed someone to fix it. It took them over an hour to come out and all that was done was replacing the batteries. The lock the proceeded to go off again around 1am waking us up and us having to figure out a way to stop it. Other than those things the house was fine for what we needed I just wish we would have been more aware of the surroundings of the neighborhood.

It was just what the pictures showed. It had everything we needed. Since we got there when it was wet outside, there we not any rugs, so floors tracked in stuff.

Had a great stay with family. Everything was nice and spacious. The location was good and easy to navigate. The only thing we didnt enjoy much was the patio because of the bugs or whatever they were. We looked it up after and turns out that's the season the bugs come out or are more active.

Overall, our stay was great. We stayed for a weekend trip to Nashville and everything went smoothly! Communication was good if we had questions. The house was very clean! The location of the house was the only concern, so we made sure our door was locked 24/7 but other than that, it was perfect!!

House was accurate, clean, and nice. Be aware - the immediate surrounding area is not a nice place. In fact, we felt unsafe (a group of guys) to the point that we asked the host to move us or give us a refund. They refused a refund on Thursday night, then said they would call me first thing Friday morning. I never heard back after that. Would never book in this location again and certainly will avoid this booking group. This is my first negative review :)
