We are 2.5 miles from the beach and are walking distance to beautiful Airlie Gardens and two local breweries. We are within one mile of a great local health food store, excellent restaurants, and the Mayfair Shopping Center. We also have Whole Foods and Trader Joes just a ten minute drive away.

We recommend a vehicle to experience all Wilmington has to offer! There are also several places nearby that are accessible by bike or a short walk.

Uber and Lyft are commonly used methods of transport when needed.

Upon your arrival, we offer essential items like hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags to start you off. For longer stays, kindly prepare to replenish these supplies according to your personal requirements.

• No Unregistered Guests
• No Parties or ‘‘Events
• Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet time from 10pm-8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit their stay immediately vacate the property without refund.
• No smoking or using drugs of any type. A $200.00/per day penalty can be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after guests checks out.
• Please remove shoes before going upstairs.
• Please use parchment paper or foil with the baking sheet.
• Obey HOA rules
• Please no food in the bedrooms
• Any damage made to property or furnishings which exceeds the deposit may be billed to the guest and will be reported to Airbnb.
• No Pets. We love pets but we have had bad experiences so we will keep this place pet free for you to enjoy a cleaner place.
