The Space

Inside this 1,100 sq ft pad, (the lower level of an up/down duplex), you’ll find comfortable, well-appointed living spaces, including a living room with flat screen TV, a dedicated office with comfortable workspace, a dining area, and a full kitchen with all the basics for making your own meals.

Want to decompress after a hectic day Take a short stroll over to Sugarhouse Park—one of Salt Lake’s crown jewel parks, featuring 111 acres of lush green space, a duck pond, picnic areas, and meandering paths.     This property was fine for our purpose which was just a place to sleep while we did other things outdoors. It's a basement apartment and the kitchen is adequate but not great so if we wanted to spend more time in the apartment it might have been a little dark and cramped.

    Very nice property. I loved how they really thought of everything someone would need during their stay. Clean and comfortable. It is a basement apartment so if you are tall, (over 6 feet, few inches tall) it could be an inconvenience walking through some areas. Otherwise, would highly recommend!

    Just finished my 2nd time staying here and it was just as great and convenient as the last time. Property owners are amazing and super responsive with any questions or concerns. My favorite restaurant The Dodo is close by, so that makes it an even better experience! Can't wait to stay again! 5 STAR

    The house was very clean and perfectly suited 3 adults. Check in was seamless and owners were very responsive. This is a basement suite and there are people upstairs, but other than footsteps they were perfectly quiet and respectful. Location is great - short walking distance to restaurants and shops, as well as convenient to drive into downtown Salt Lake City, Park City, and other places in the area. Would recommend this to anyone looking to stay outside of the downtown area with more of a neighborhood feel.

    This basement unit could use a refresh/update but the location is great and the air-conditioning works well. In addition to the two bedrooms there was a good-sized, separate office that was very nice. Lot's of space and close to everything - the freeway, shopping, restaurants. Very close to the heart of Sugarhouse.

    Across the street from the gorgeous Sugar House Park. 2 minute walk to Urban Sailor coffee shop that became the morning routine. 15 minutes from downtown SLC and the airport. Minutes from hiking trails. House is clean and neat. Contains all of the basics. I would definitely stay again.

    Nestled in a very upscale, quiet neighborhood close to practically everything in Salt Lake City, this 2 bedroom space has a lot of classic charm accompanied with an upgraded kitchen and bathroom. Living room was a great place to unwind after a busy day and the beds were very comfortable so you wake up feeling ready for another beautiful day.

    We loved being so close to Sugar House Park for morning runs and bringing the kiddo over to the playground. The apt had good spaces, including a small office which worked well for our combo professional meeting and family vacation trip. Rules were very clear and easy to follow. Would definitely recommend.

    We had a lovely stay. House is conveniently located to restaurants and shops in Sugarhouse and 1 block from the park. Very clean and comfortable. It is a lower level so not too bright - but cozy and met our needs. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

    Great location in the Sugar House neighborhood - conveniently close to the interstate and main roads. The basement apartment is quiet and comfortable. Kitchen is small, but we successfully cooked a delicious Thanksgiving meal for 3 people! This made a good home base to explore the city and surrounding canyons, and had enough space for relaxing after our adventures.

    Took a trip to visit the UoU campus for an orientation. This unit is close to the campus and an easy, short drive. It was hot when we arrived so was glad the unit had a good A/C system…too good in fact as it got a bit chilly (the unit is downstairs) but communication with the property owner was quick and seamless and in the end took care of any concerns we had. Very appreciative of that. The location (sugar mill district) is terrific with the park and shopping establishments.
