Stayed Sep 22, 2025The property is in an ideal location, easy walk to town, seafront and park. The bus / train station is a five minute walk too. The parking outside the house is great and you just have to pop a pass in the car window which is on the table when you arrive. There is a key safe outside the door so easy to get in and the owner is very quick to communicate and accommodates anything you need. The house is very clean and well stocked for everything you need. Absolutely perfect.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A family of five of us stayed here comfortably. Other reviews have said property is basic but everything we needed was provided, including travel cot and highchair. communication with the property manager was excellent and they were very helpful . The only problem we had was parking. It was sometimes difficult to park right outside the property but we could always get a space further up the street. Parking discs and and information on parking was left for us. The property is very close to train station and shops so is in a great location. We will definitely be booking to stay here again. Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very central location for shops and attractions in Scarborough. Car parking passes available if you were bringing your car. Alternatively very convenient for railway station or buses.
