Reviewer Comments: A group of 4 or 5 couples have been staying Berry in Crescent Head every year for five years or more. We have always found the house to be clean and tidy and perfect for us with a variety of sleeping spaces. a great back deck where we spend our evenings and plenty of places to accommodate our afternoon naps. We'll definitely be back!

Stayed Mar 27, 2024Great place to stay, close to everything. Good leg workout up and down the hill with back and forths. Neighbour (resident) complains after 2 or 3 days of noise or music. 10 or more people make noise when together go figure and it is a long weekend. Beautiful outlook on top deck for morning cuppa and breaky. Great space within the house. If not for the neighbour would book again. She ruined the vibe but if you don’t mind would highly recommend.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rustic large beach house with plenty of room for the family. Property was fantastic for us ans it was in the best location. Unfortunately it was not very clean & we had to spray for cockroaches after night 1. If property was cleaned & sprayed we would definitely stay again as its location was perfect & it had room for the whole family.

Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was suitable , security is an issue that could be improved. The location was good. The house could have been cleaner on arrival however it suited our needs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in this house.It was a very cold weekend and there was no wood for the fire when we arrived late Friday. But the property managers supplied us with heaters and then brought us some wood to burn the following morning. We were really appreciative

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location. However it is very old and run down. There is no oven in the house despite one being shown on the website. Two of the bedrooms are not private and are used to walk from one part of the house to another. There is no airconditioner in the house. The bbq was so dirty I had to clean it before and after I used it and the automatic lighter did mot work. I would not stay here again.
