Central Location, Spectacular Views, Pool, Hottub

Since the moment we checked in it was one thing after another that seemed to go wrong. These hosts only care about money. Do not stay here without some confirmations of fixed issues first! Or just don’t even bother. The pool and hot tub were not on when we arrived and was filled with many rocks and debris and wet wipes? The pool was overflowing into hot tub and it should be the other way. Both the pool and hot tub temp was 59 degrees. The host was very rude with me over the phone when I told them about the pool and hot tub, they were not answering on the app so I had to call them. They said they would send someone tomorrow first thing in the am. I at that point asked for a partial refund since the amenities were not working, she told me I could leave now and get one night refunded (I booked for 2 nights). I told her that was not possible so last minute and we would like to have it fixed please. The pool guy came the next day when we were not there and got the rocks out and wet wipes and had finally turned on the pumps and heater, they didn’t however pump out the excess water. Again only staying 2 nights no way that would have heated up anytime soon. I don’t think they have the pool serviced regularly and definitely not in between each guests.The tv didn’t work in the living room and the fridge/freezer also was not working. We had to throw away all our food. We left early and still didn’t get a refund and am still working on a case with vrbo. Our trip was the end of dec.

Charged a extra fee while the description says no extra fees, very slimey host canceled the reservation day of.

All of the beds are amazing and sleep is SO important!! Thank you! This house needs major maintenance. Dishwasher and main microwave are broken. Coffee maker SUPER slow. Front door is coming off of hinges. No dish towels or wash clothes, only one roll of paper towels. The home decor is just weird. No instructions to use the hot tub. Missing knobs and drain covers in 2 showers. Moldy smell in laundry room. No where to unpack a suitcase. But all things considered we had a great time. Just needs some TLC. Also no way to call or text (that I got a reply from) the owner/manager.

It was easy to find, and wonderful to stay. Couple things, the outlets in the primary bedroom bathroom blew the first day we were there so we couldn’t use them for hair tools. No screens on the windows in the primary either. Overall it was a great stay. I would definitely recommend to larger groups! - Also the bedroom downstairs was advertised as a full bed and trundle and it was only a twin bed and trundle. Just a heads up!
