3. No Parties or Events: To respect our neighbors and maintain the tranquility of our rental, parties and events are not allowed.

4. Noise Curfew: Please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 8 AM. Let`s be considerate of our neighbors` peace and quiet.

5. Guest Limit: The property accommodates a specific number of guests as stated in the booking. Do not exceed this number without prior approval.

6. Pets: If pets are permitted, please inform us about your pet in advance. Additional fees or deposits may apply.

7. Parking: On-site parking is available; please use only the designated area for your vehicle.

8. Damage: Report any accidental damages as soon as possible. We understand accidents happen but may need to charge for significant damages.

9. Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the property during your stay. Dispose of trash in designated bins and leave the place tidy upon departure.

10. Security: Ensure the property is locked when you`re away. We`re not responsible for lost belongings or theft.
