Central Coast Ranch Villa

This was our second time staying here. It’s a great place for a big group and dogs. The host are responsive and very helpfully if you need anything. Close to cal poly if you have students there. Great place!

Excellent experience! Everything you would expect from a Super Host. The home was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, super fun game room, the outdoor areas were well done, and all just a short drive from SLO. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed here over Christmas with a multi-generational family and our dogs, and the house was absolutely perfect for a holiday gathering. The home is comfortable, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of separate spaces so everyone could relax or do their own thing without feeling crowded. The game room was a lifesaver during the unseasonal rains!It’s incredibly well equipped. Everything from the kitchen to the tech felt high quality and easy to use, which made settling in effortless. The amenities really stood out and made the house feel like a true home rather than just a rental. We also appreciated how safe and secure the property felt. Overall, this was an ideal place for a family vacation: cozy yet spacious, functional yet stylish, and well suited for making memories together. We would happily stay here again.

We loved our stay! The house was well equipped and clean. Pet friendly and kid friendly. We all had fun roasting marshmallows in the fire pit in the back yard. Great place for our family. Only slight drawback was the ants but overall very nice property!

Such a fantastic stay for a summer family trip. We had three families with multiple generations under one roof for the weekend. The place is in a beautiful farm where the kiddos were excited to see the horses everyday. The backyard is incredible with amazing seating and a fire pit. Overall highly recommend for 3 families with kids. Host was very responsive and provided helpful suggestions to plan for the trip. We will definitely come back again. Avila beach is so close by 18 min drive.

Nice and clean property. Pleasant stay

The house easily accommodated our group of 13 people and the hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. There is a large game room, large backyard where you can BBQ and play corn hole, and two sets of washers and dryers.The house is located in a rural area, but it's just a short 10-minute drive from San Luis Obispo. The location is great for anyone wanting a jumping off point to central coast destinations (Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Paso Robles are all 20-30 minutes away).

Super nice open floor plan for our gathering of 14 family members. It was a bit windy in the evenings so we couldn’t take advantage of the back patio like we had hoped. Nice and clean. Loved how close it was to downtown SLO.

We’ve been having our annual 4th of July reunions in the central Cal area due to having family in both SoCal and the Bay Area. This was our 7th gathering and everyone agreed that it was the best stay! Communication before and during the stay were top notch. We had a little plumbing issue and it was resolved right away. Everything from the location, amenities provided, hosts, and the home itself were unsurpassed. And if you love horses… huge bonus! We will absolutely plan on returning next year! Thank you Lindsey and Ish!!

A great property in a super location.

This was a magical ranch house for our group. It was private, clean, and had lots of ammenities. We loved the game room and outdoor space with a fire pit.The surrounding area was lovely with epic views. Seeing the horses on our drive up the gravel driveway was a plus. We were so close to Morro Bay and San Luis Obispo but it felt like we were miles away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well laid out with ample supplies.The living room was spacious with comfy chairs and couches to chill in. It was heaven for our little retreat!

This house was wonderful. We have college students at Cal Poly and decided to spend Easter with the family in SLO. The house meet all our needs. We had a wonderful time. The view and horses made it extra special. I would recommend this house.

My friends and I had such a wonderful time at the Ranch Casita last weekend! We went there to celebrate my birthday, and I knew I wanted to spend part of my time hanging out in SLO and part of the time being cozy with my friends at home. The location of this property is SO perfect for that. You're barely 10-15 minutes from downtown, 5ish minutes from the closest grocery store, and far away enough that it still feels like a very private place. The property was absolutely gorgeous too, with a view of the the mountains and the horse ranch. And Lindsey and Ish were very communicative, being available to answer any questions as they came up. I would absolutely come back to stay here :)

Great stay! Great backyard

First communication with Lindsey and Ish was accommodating and fast! The house fit our three generation Pre-Thanksgiving get together! Nine adults, 11 kids from 3 - 12 and a three month old. The kitchen handled all our meals, plenty of plates, silverware, and most importantly - coffee cups! We did bring our own roasting pan for the turkey. Plently of light and airy bedrooms for all the grownups. The masterbedroom was perfect our son's family with the new baby. The game room set up kept the kids busy when it rained and when it didn't! The bunk room was a place of pirate ships and caves! Horses! We loved the horses just across the driveway! One granddaughter wants to be an equine vet and the rancher was so kind and accommodating! That being said we did not let the kids run amuck around the horses. Even the sweetest horse will bite or kick if startled or scared. We are very blessed with our children and 12 grandchildren. Our goal is to provide them experiences and joyful memories to carry with them through out their lives. Thank you Lindsey and Ish for providing a wonderful and safe place to create these memories!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming ranch property! Our group included five adults and three little ones under three, and it was the perfect setup. The highlight for all of us was the opportunity to get up close with the horses; they were calm and let even the toddlers stand just a couple of feet away to admire them—such a treat! The house itself was cozy and well-suited for a group. We got a kick out of the variety of beds, each with different firmness levels, so we all found our “just right” spot to sleep. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone slept well. Though there’s no AC, it wasn’t an issue for us since we stayed in the winter. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of gadgets and cookware, so making meals was easy. And even though it felt remote in the best way—nestled right in the middle of the ranch—we were still close enough to town for any necessities. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a peaceful ranch getaway with modern comforts!

We had an amazing stay at this ranch home in SLO. The house is absolutely beautiful, with plenty of amenities and everything you could need, from kitchen utensils to grills. The setting is perfect, with a horse ranch right outside and breathtaking views of the hills to wake up to each morning. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a great time at this beautiful VRBO! It was amazing to wake up to the horses on the property. The hosts were great and we would love to stay there again.
