Central Austin Rooftop Home w/ Balcony Near UT & Downtown | Concordia Retreat

Concordia Retreat is a bright, open central-Austin home with a rooftop, balcony, king suite & soaking tub—minutes from UT & downtown.

Bright, open, and made for slowing down, this central Austin home base pairs airy interiors and thoughtful finishes with a rare stretch of outdoor space—a private balcony below and a rooftop above.

Inside, the main living area flows without walls getting in the way, giving everyone room to spread out, gather, or trade travel plans over coffee. The full kitchen handles everything from early-morning pour-overs to a full group dinner, and the dining table seats six, so no one's eating standing up. When the day winds down, step out to the balcony for fresh air and neighborhood views, or head up to the rooftop to catch the sunset under a wide Texas sky.

Rest is taken just as seriously at Concordia Retreat. The primary suite anchors the home with a king bed, a private ensuite, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub built for a long, unhurried end to the day. Two additional queen bedrooms keep the rest of the group comfortable and give everyone their own corner, with full bathrooms throughout plus a half bath for shared spaces. An in-unit washer and dryer keeps things simple, whether you're here for a weekend or settling in for a longer stretch.

The setting is one of Austin's easy central wins: the tree-lined Hancock neighborhood, just north of the University of Texas and a quick drive from downtown. Grab your morning cup at Jo's Coffee on 41st, walk a loop around the historic Hancock Golf Course, or spend an afternoon at nearby Mueller Lake Park. Lady Bird Lake's hike-and-bike trail, the South Congress shops, and the live-music energy the city is known for are all a short drive away—close enough to dive into, far enough to leave behind at day's end. Whether you're in town for a UT game, a work trip, or a weekend soaking up Austin's creative pulse, Concordia Retreat gives you the space, comfort, and location to do it all.
