Had a wonderful stay!

Host was great from the start with communication. House is big and has everything you could need and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Super close to both JF and BB. Thanks for everything!

It is a wonderful place to stay. We were 8 families with total number of 28 people including kids. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We all stayed inside the house 80% of the time and no one got bored of the house and stay in that 3 days. The house is clean, bathrooms are super clean with all linens readly available. Huge living space, enough bedrooms with clean beds and pillows. Clean kitchen, refrigerator, sink, etc. etc. More over the home owner is very nice and very prompt answer our questions immediately. The checkin and checkout was seamless. Thank you very much home owner(s).

House was great. I was surprised how active the lake community was in September. The guys really enjoyed themselves, it was like a petting zoo with the amount of deer in that area. Thanks for having us.

great place, good location

We had such a BLAST in this home! It has so much space and the way the area is set up in the middle floor is perfect for big family gatherings. Kitchen was well set up and stocked, although could use some labels for finding things! Bedrooms and bathrooms were well laid out. Needed better dusting and a dust pan would be helpful for cleaning throughout the week. Pool table and arcade game were highlights of the week and the community/area was PERFECT. The small lake access area was perfect for our family and 10 free passes were well appreciated and used. The hot tub was disappointingly slimy after a time or two in it and then also disappointing after we paid to have it cleaned again and were only in it 2-3 times again before it was slimy, seemed like the filter needed to be changed or more needed to be done for the cleaning. A fun day was had at Country Junction for a rainy day (30 min drive) and Hickory Run State Park Swimming Area (18 min drive) for another special beach moment.

It was wonderful!! Thirteen of us (well 12 and a half given my great niece is 2!) all enjoyed being together as we have been doing once a year. We live in different states (PA, MD, NY) so the times we see each other are minimal and typically only a few hours at a time over holidays. So it is great to spend an extended period of time together. There are three families (my nieces and nephews and families) and me!

Cedar Spring is an amazing house and a great place to stay. It is large and airy with beautiful views. It was spotless and well organized when we arrived. It has numerous areas for groups to gather, which was perfect for our family reunion. The pool table and arcade game were popular. The kitchen is well stocked and can accommodate cooking meals for large groups (we had 25 people in the house). The owners are quick to respond to inquiries and are always helpful. I started the reservation process a year in advance, and they were attentive to all my inquiries. There are many activities in the area, and we found things that worked for our whole group, ranging from 86 years old to three years old. You can easily walk to the private beach and the house comes with 10 free passes. Make sure to bring extra hand towels and wash cloths because they are not part of the linens provided. My only request would have been to receive the welcome packet at least 24 hours in advance.

A very spacious house in a quiet neighborhood provided us with ample opportunity for family entertainment. Enjoyed the beach that was within walking distance.

26 person family reunion went great!! Property and home were beatiful. A few things were damaged when we arrived, but nothing that effected the quality of our stay. The location to the lake is magnificent and it really made us want to come back to the area next time. Such a great experience!

Another amazing stay at the Cedar Spring Lodge! Close to the lake, and plenty of space outside for yard games. Also if you love karaoke we all had a blast at the Saturday night karaoke at Shenanigans.

Our family has a wonderful time staying here for the weekend.

Our family of 26 really enjoyed our stay at Cedar spring Lodge There was plenty of room for everyone lots of hangout areas and lots of places to be together to play games and enjoy each other’s company. There’s an abundance of glasses, plates and large cookware to accommodate your big group. It’s very well thought out. Very well insulated also, not everyone had to be awake when the first person woke up. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had 6 families staying with 14 kids between us. Very easy to get to and great communication between the house owners! Lots of tvs and different living spaces so the kids and adults could all have a good time. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and fun places for kids. Would definately recommend!

This was our 2nd new years staying at this property. Group of 6 families. Plenty of space for adults upstairs/ kids down stairs. Property manager very helpful and quick to respond. Looking foward to next year

We had a wonderful stay at Cedar Lodge.. the house was equipped with everything. 8 Grandkids ranging from 3-23 had plenty to do . It was perfect for our family and we are planning to return next year 😊

Overall good stay

We had 3 young families plus the grand parents and the house was perfect! Enough separation and rooms for everyone, especially with balancing naps and early bedtimes! We would definitely come back again!

26 people in one house! Great time! Amazing house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great open space and play area. Enjoyed the lake and the Pickleball courts! Great communications with the host before and during our stay. Highly recommend this house!

We spent a long weekend with 22 people enjoying varied activities in the Pocono region. The house was picture perfect and had excellent accommodations for all of us. If you have a large group, this is a must book.
