Cedar Point Retreat - Spacious 7-bedroom estate in charming Murrells Inlet.

My sister and I are disappointed with our stay and how things have been handled. When we stayed here last year there were roaches and we brought it to your attention then. I never would've dreamed it would still be an issue. Not only is it still an issue but it's worse than last year. When I mentioned it to you I was met with a response implying we're the only ones who's mentioned an issue with it. I find that hard to believe since they've held residence in this house from our last trip until now and there is store bought roach spray belonging to the property in the laundry room and under the kitchen sink. Now, not only is there pests this year but also vermin. There's a big rat that's taken up residence in the outdoor dining space. There was also a subpar cleaning job done between guests. There was sand and soap scum in bathtubs. There was blood on bedding. For the amount of times a property owner showed up here without any prior notice during a guests stay I would expect this place to be better attended to. I'm also very upset with the projectile washing machine that you said has been an issue but you failed to replace it until it broke the drum on our stay. We had to spend part of our vacation time paying to do laundry at a laundromat. You replaced the machine with a second hand machine you tested with no clothes in it. When we tried to do laundry it can't even handle spinning out a few washcloths. I had to hand wring each article of clothing in the wash just to dry

The property was ideal in every way. Comfortable and inviting. Plenty of room. Very well decorated and appointed. Absolutely perfect location for golf, restaurants, beach. Host was very responsive and provided clear and useful details about property, location, and access code. Would most highly recommend this property and host.
