Great place! Very comfortable experience and conveniently located near our family’s usual rental so we could expand our group.

Such a great getaway!!! It was in the perfect location, beautiful views, & the host was so accommodating! We can’t wait to go back!!! The house was also so clean!

Long weekend stay with small family and in grandparents (6 total). The house was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. There was more than enough room for everyone to have their own space and the open floor plan upstairs was a great hangout space. The views off the porches are amazing and the public beach access is right across the street. We love the Holden/OIB area and would have no problem visiting this home again for another trip in the future. Thank You!

This was our first time at Holden Beach and we had a wonderful stay. The walk to the beach access is very short and the beach is wonderful! The island is very laid back and perfect for a family/ group that just wants to spend time together.There is plenty of seating in the family room and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has almost everything you will need. It would be nice to have a second oven rack. Given that there is not a grill, it can be challenging to cook for a family if items need to be baked when there is only one rack. Overall this was a great property. Check-in and out was easy. We had a cleaning issue with the shower curtain in the master bathroom upon arrival and contacted the management company on Monday. The woman that we spoke to forgot to handle it and when I finally reached out to her again on Thursday, she was very sweet and apologetic and took care of it right away. By that time we had been using the outdoor shower when we got back from the beach- which was really great to have and met our needs. I recommend Holden Beach and Cavalier Attitude for a great Atlantic beach vacation!

We spent our annual weeklong beach vacation with our children and grandchildren in this beautiful house. It had a great view of the beach in the front and the marsh behind the house. The huge picture window in the kitchen really gives a nice view of the marsh and wildlife. The house is also very conveniently located to a nearby beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and very user friendly. My family enjoyed the couches in the living area to sit and relax. Would like to return to this house for another family vacation!

Wonderful property with very close beach access. Great views from the front windows and multi-level decks, as well as the kitchen picture window and rear screened porch.

Process for renting was very clear. Wish the kitchen dishes, silverware and cooking utensils were clean. Unfortunately we found too many dirty. Trash can could be used in the upstairs bathroom.

Convenient to the beach, comfortable with good view of the ocean and large natural area out back. Comfortable beds.
