We live right it town if you need anything at all!

Serene, private neighborhood, ideally located close to restaurants, shopping and all of the area`s best natural attractions. 5 minutes to North Conway Village, 7 minutes to the outlets, less than 10 minutes to both Attitash and Cranmore for winter sports, 12 minutes to Storyland, 5 minutes to Cathedral Ledge, and 4 minutes to Echo Lake. And best of all, the neighborhood offers a private walking path to Diana`s Bath - no need to compete for parking!

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- No fireworks or other illegal activities
- No outside fires or fire pits
- Parking is limited to 3 automobiles (No off-road or recreational vehicles.)
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
- Respect the neighbors
