Stayed Jun 18, 2025Property is very nice, but it did not help that the wind was blowing very hard. Pool umbrella was floating in pool when we arrived and pool needed frequent cleaning.Received conflicting instructions regarding key code from Evolve and then owner. Welcome binder did not have much useful information, like name of Wi-Fi. It did have a thank you card from previous guests and a breakdown of the HOA fees, as well as some doodles.Lots of light switches, not sure what some of them did.All in all, very nice with some minor annoyances.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025The house was roomy for 6 people. The kids and grandparents enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. We liked that it was located close enough to the PS Tramway and the Living Desert Zoo (everything seems about ~20 mins away). The house is in a gated community and everyone is friendly and kind. Would definitely come again!

Stayed Feb 20, 2025My sister and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home near Palm Springs! Very reasonably priced compared to similar properties. There was a little confusion checking in, but the owner/managers responded quickly and were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Stayed Nov 10, 2024This place was so nice and had breathtaking views! I would and will, go back again. Loved the place ! Close to everything, especially golf which was the reason we went. I wish we didn't have to leave.
