Stayed Mar 9, 2026The home was perfect for our family to comfortably stay in which for my teen, the downstairs private area worked out great! Although, the pictures are outdated as the outdoor furniture was rusted, and the bird poop was everywhere that we couldn’t really sit and enjoy the backyard. Considering we had our dog, a fence should be added to allow the dogs outside safely.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025House was decent but it’s an odd layout with no real deck to enjoy the morning or evening looking at the water. Lots of egrets around that make a mess as well. The house also lacks some things many other VRBO’s in Rockport provide.. basic beach stuff, beach towels, cooking spices, etc.Overall this house is a mid 3.

Stayed Dec 27, 2023The house was awesome! We didnt have any luck at the water fishing, but we also stayed in the colder months so it was kindof expected for the location. House was clean and was stocked with everything we needed.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The customer service was above and beyond. The team was very friendly and helpful. I have always used VRBO to book houses at the coast. Now I will go directly to Miss Kitty's. The experience was far better.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022The house is located in a great location in between Rockport and Aransas Pass. Caught our first flounder from the back dock and several small black drum and my wife caught a huge oversized drum. We hit the flats on our kayaks and caught a little of everything including a giant trout. Looking forward to booking again.

Stayed Jun 8, 2022Great House and location. Only issue is the listing said max of 22’ boat. I have a 22’ boat and it definitely hung over to the neighbors dock. Luckily he didn’t mind but I’d say a 20’ boat would be the max
