Stayed Jul 19, 2025We had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! We especially love the pond view and watching all of the wildlife. The house is spacious enough that everyone had their own area to hang out in. The beach was beautiful and the location can not be beat! Hope to return next year! Thanks Penny!

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This property was exactly as described. Fantastic location, close to the beach, quiet and peaceful. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable with ceiling fans everywhere, a/c in 2 bedrooms. (An a/c in the 3rd bedroom would have been nice for a few of the really hot days we had.). Our host Penny was very responsive and provided great information. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, hope to return next summer.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful house in Charlestown. We walked to the beach and enjoyed relaxing on the many decks overlooking the pond. The house is so well equipped that we felt right at home. Penny & Sebastian were responsive to our questions. A great vacation week with unforgettable memories!

It is such a beautiful home and location. The views and sea breeze are lovely. The owner, Penny, is so kind, helpful and attentive. Five stars for us!

Stayed Jun 20, 2020The house is beautiful! Pictures didn't do it justice! Nice yard, plenty of parking and a very nice quiet neighborhood! The place was spotless and very well stocked....they have thought of everything! Nice layout and very open. A nice breeze blew through the house the whole week. All questions we had were answered quickly......We would definitely stay there again!
