Stayed Nov 10, 2023Filthy shower recess with visible mould. Biscuits under the bed. Disposable bed pad under the mattress protector. Power went off when using spa. No bbq. Balcony seating covered in bird droppings.

Stayed Aug 18, 2023Stayed 2 nights for family event in Warrnambool The old adage you get what you pay for Some areas need more cleaning and issue with old power board that the heater was plugged into overheating. Great location clean linen and kitchen although we did not cook there and good price for 6 adults Thanks Tony

Stayed Mar 6, 2023Wasn't very clean as we found a lot of rubbish including an apple core eaten and rotting away under the couch, rubbish in the bedside tables, no remote for the downstairs spitsystem, broken childproof gate and the highchair for babies is not secure and is dangerous as well as the railings outside balcony is rotting away as well as rats living on the balcony but apart its in a reasonable location

Stayed Feb 8, 2021We did enjoy our stay here in Warrnambool. The property is close to the beach and breakwater and a short drive to the shops and restaurants. Three stories of town house means lots of room to spread out.
