The Space:

Cassablanca welcomes you to a spacious and open concept layout that seamlessly connects the living, dinning and kitchen areas while exhibiting a jaw-dropping mountain, ocean and city view throughout broad glass windows that bring nature into the space. Dive in to a private pool and enjoy the tropical weather and surroundings around the people you love.



This 2 bedroom masterful home offers vast bedrooms, each with similar glass windows showcasing the amazing views, split-type AC units, Smart TVs, attached bathrooms with rain-shower heads and dreamy beds to offer maximum comfort.



The master bedroom features a pleasant king-size bed and a cozy full-size daybed to sleep up to 4 guests. The second bedroom sleeps up to 7 more guests in a comfy queen-size bed, a bunkbed with twin-size bed on top and full-size bed on the bottom and a cozy top and bottom twin-size daybed.



The outdoor surroundings are filled with nature and open spaces to take in relaxation and calmness while enjoying the private pool and amazing views.



The home also includes fast Wi-Fi, family board games, a half bathroom, big ceiling fans & plenty of sitting space for the entire group.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to all spaces and amenities shown in the photos and mentioned in the description. No areas are shared spaces with other guests, residents or neighbors.



Guests can also enjoy access to fast Wi-Fi and streaming apps, perfect for work travelers and movie nights.



Guests staying for 6 nights or more will have complimentary access to the laundry machines. Washer and dryer can also be accessed and used on shorter stays for an extra fee. If you wish to use these amenities, feel free to contact your host and we'll be happy to assist you.



The Neighborhood:

Cassablanca is located at Cerro Gordo Bayamón, PR at the peak of a hill, standing alone and apart from other homes and structures. Just a 10-20 minute drive away from restaurants, malls, supermarkets, pharmacy, sports bars, gyms and approximately a 30 minute drive to some of the top beaches in the island, Old San Juan, Isla Verde & Condado.



Bayamón is the second-most populated town on the Island and connects to other nearby communities via the Urban Train system. Only 30 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), some of the the top beaches in the island at Isla Verde and Condado. Bayamón boasts art, culture, history, and heritage, along with a bustling sports tourism business.



The property is just a 13 minute ride to the Honda Tennis Center, a 16-court venue approved by the USTA and Davis Cup, where you can either learn to swing a racquet or be a spectator at one of the many tournaments hosted there.



It is also just a 14 minute drive to Río Bayamón Golf Course. The only golf course in Puerto Rico's metro area. The golf course provides a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere and all the amenities. An 18-hole complex that includes a clubhouse, putting green, chipping green, and driving range, as well as the convenience of a pro-shop and a restaurant. Driving Range has 58 stations in 2 tiers, 300 yards for your shots, and 75-foot high nets on both sides of the practice area.



Private lessons are offered for all ages, and on Fridays, you may practice on the grass. Subject to maintenance. This golf course is the only one in Puerto Rico that is open at night.



Another one of Bayamón’s most prominent attractions is the Museo Francisco Oller, just a 15 minute drive from the property, a place to experience the works of Puerto Rican artists and other painters like Tomás Barista, Consuelo Gotay, Lorenzo Homar and many more. Check out the museum’s tours and educational programs, as well as guided excursions in the surrounding area.



For animal lovers, Manatee Conservation Center on the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico campus gives visitors an intimate view of the efforts to safeguard this mammal from extinction, as well as an introduction to the university’s research and rehabilitation efforts during guided tours led by technicians and volunteers. Just a 7 minute drive away from Cassablanca.



Sports are a big part of life in Bayamón. Visitors can root alongside the locals for the Vaqueros basketball team or the Puerto Rico BFC (American soccer), representing the Island in the Caribbean Football Union.



Getting Around:

We strongly recommend renting a vehicle. Uber is unreliable to move around. Travelers seeking to explore and visit different destinations should consider renting a vehicle for flexible transportation.



Other Things to Note:

The home only has stairs that lead from the living areas to the bedrooms. To access the bedrooms or living areas, it is not necessary to climb stairs. These spaces all have direct access from the outside with no stairs.



Washing and drying machines are available for stays that are 6 nights or more. If your reservation is for 5 nights or less, you may add this amenity for $30.00 per night for the entire stay. It is not possible to book this amenity for fewer nights than the total of the reservation.



NO PASSPORT REQUIRED FOR AMERICAN CITIZENS



Since Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, American citizens and permanent residents don't need a passport to travel to the Island. However, they must always travel with a valid ID, such as a driver's license or a state ID card.

    This stay was absolutely breathtaking! Miguel, our host communicated back with with all of our questions in a timely manner. The view overlooking the island left me speechless. All of our needa were provided at the property, so go to the property first before going shopping. Look forward to going back to this property in the future.

    The property looks exactly like the pictures, and you have all the kitchen tools. Everything looks new and the view is amazing. I recommend renting a car, because all the touristy things are like 30 mins out. If you never drove up a hill it may be intimidating at first but just drive slow and be careful when turning corners. The view up the hills makes it worth it! :)
