Stayed Apr 2, 2023Very quiet neighborhood and not to far from San Juan. Fully air-conditioned and very clean. Well maintained property. It's like your own private apartment in Puerto Rico. Property management was always available for any questions I had and the keyless entry was a nice touch so there's no fear of losing your room key and also very secure as the property is video monitored. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025Cute little apartment style unit. Perfect for a couple to enjoy. Everything was great- my only recommendation is to provide more than one blanket (or bring your own!). You can adjust the temperature of the air conditioning to your liking but if you like to cuddle up with blankets when sleeping, there’s only one to use. The space was clean and had toiletries to use. The neighborhood does have some noisy dogs at all hours so be aware- we did not mind this, some might. The laundry facilities were great to use especially after many beach days. Would recommend staying here as it was a great location to commute to other parts of the island.
