Stayed Mar 21, 2026Jianfeng is a wonderful and very responsive host. He got back to us very quickly and was very proactive with giving us all the information we needed. This place also has great proximity to nearby stores and the place was very clean. I’m only giving 4 stars because although this was a good value for the money, there were a few things we didn’t like and could not change: 1) Low water pressure and very small shower, 2) funky layout with short steps in unexpected places in the apartment, 3) the mattress has no support on the sides, so if you lay close to the edge, it feels like you could fall off, 4) there is a vent above the bed that is open to the outside, making outside noises louder than if that vent was not there. One night, drops of water dripped on us. 5) the neighbor’s small dog barked every night from around 10-11:30 pm. If we had only stayed 1-4 nights, these things would not have bothered us so much, but we stayed 19 nights. On the plus side, the reasonable rate helped us save money.

Stayed Nov 22, 2025The host was attentive and helpful, and the rental descriptions are accurate. The location is convenient as it's close to downtown. The next-door neighbor has a rooster. The bedroom window faces east, so it gets fairly bright in the morning, even with the shades down.
