Casey's by the Lake is an ideal family home located opposite Coila Lake and with direct access to the cycleway/pathway. The pathway leads to the beaches, shops and around to the restaurants and Boatshed fronting Tuross Lake. A beautiful way to enjoy a leisurely lunch and coffee overlooking the magnificent waterways.
The upstairs of the home has an open plan living area and dining nook, a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room has access to the large covered front deck withlovely views overlooking Coila Lake. The main bathroom has a large bath, shower and separate toilet. The accommodation upstairs offers three bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 double in the third bedroom. Also upstairs is an enclosed rear sunroom set up beautifully as a quiet reading room or play area for the kids.
Downstairs area houses a second living area with double bed, laundry with shower and toilet and access to the enclosed rear yard. The property has gas heating for the colder months.
