Stayed Jul 30, 2019The property was amazing but they hadn’t received our booking from Expedia so we had to wait to get it sorted but the owners were superb and we had a great stay

Stayed Sep 10, 2021Vrbo gave us no advice on how or where to pick up the key to the property after we had booked. We had to find this out ourselves. Arrived at the local office at 2pm. The local agent had no record of our booking, nobody spoke English. Eventually spoke on the phone to someone who told us to return at 4pm and they'd sort something out. We were asked to sign papers written only in Spanish that could not be explained to us. Property was not the property we booked. Property was not properly cleaned, all doors were locked except the bedroom that we were expected to use. We were told to ask our neighbour if we had any problems. The neighbour had nothing whatsoever to do with the property management company but happened to be British. We did not receive what we booked and paid for and think that Vrbo should consider compensation.
