Set on an owner-run farm, the property blends rustic Tuscan charm with thoughtful modern comforts: exposed beams, warm stone finishes and panoramic mountain views framed by lush greenery.The farmhouse is arranged on two separate levels that are not internally connected — the ground floor offers a welcoming living/dining area with a kitchen, four double bedrooms; the first floor, reached by an external staircase, features its own kitchen/dining area and three double bedrooms — ideal for groups seeking privacy and flexible living arrangements. Wheelchair access is provided, making the property suitable for guests of all age groups.

Outside, the estate feels like a private countryside retreat. Guests enjoy exclusive use of a large garden and a generous 7 × 14 m swimming pool with a coverable structure, allowing comfortable use even in cooler seasons. A covered veranda, perfectly equipped for alfresco dining, and a dedicated BBQ area make outdoor meals a pleasure.
