The cozy and completely renovated country house is located near Scansano in the middle of the hills of the wine-growing area of ‘Morellino di Scansano’ and offers a wonderful view over the Maremma until the sea. It is part of a farm (sheeps, chickens, donkeys, horses ...) which also has a large organic vegetable and fruit garden from which the owner offers fresh fruit and vegetables to its guests almost daily.

A sandy access road leadsalmost to the front door and the private parking in front of the house. Guests have access to a large private garden in front of the entrance, ideal for sunbathing, playing, resting, eating outside ... The property is completely fenced and therefore well suited for a holiday with pets. In addition also children can let play and have fun without danger. Something very special is the private Jacuzzi next to the house from which you have a magnificent view over the valley up to the sea. At sunset with a glass of wine… there is nothing better.

Through the fully equipped kitchen with fireplace and dining area you enter into the house. Behind the kitchen are situated a living room with sofa (sofa bed), TV and oven, as well as the two bedrooms, both with double bed. Opposite the bedrooms you find two bathrooms with shower, one of which is equipped for disabled guests.

This nice cottage in the countryside is ideal for those who want a quiet and cozy accommodation in Tuscany / Maremma to rest and recover.

Moreover, the location is also the ideal starting point to visit the cultural cities and attractions of Tuscany or to explore the numerous beaches of the coast. A curiosity: the house is located on the ancient route 'Via Clodia' which at the time of the Romans connected Grosseto with Rome.

A beautiful location with views that were just stunning. The house was exactly as photos suggested but the views were better than we could have hoped for. Barbara was welcoming and brought home made cake and fresh tomatoes and basil from her garden. We ate at a fish restaurant that was very local and the food was superb and prices were so reasonable. I'd recommend anyone to go if you want to relax, unwind and enjoy quality time with family in a beautiful place.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Traumhafte Lage, sehr schöner Garten und Terrasse. Das Haus ist komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir wurden von Barbara sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und betreut. Immer wieder verwöhnte sie uns mit Köstlichkeiten. Vielen Dank, Barbara

wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Man wird von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich empfangen. Auf charmante Weise haben uns immer wieder Haustiere des Bauernhofs besucht, das hat die Kinder sehr gefreut. Wir haben den schönen Garten, die Ruhe und den schönen Sonnenuntergang sehr geschätzt.

La maison de Barbara est superbe! Authentique maison italienne. Avec sa vue incroyable et ses fabuleux couchers de soleil. Maison très propre et bien situé. location ideale per chi vuole visitare la Maremma. Barbara è un host accogliente che ti fa sentire a casa, ottime le sue torte e i prodotti che offre ai propri ospiti. Si è immersi nella natura, cielo stellato e cene sotto il pergolato al fresco della collina...e non manca la visita dei piccoli amici di Barbara, gatti e cuccioli di cane simpaticissimi....

Der Aufenthalt bei Barbara war von A bis Z perfekt! Das Haus war super sauber, es war alles sehr liebevoll vorbereitet für uns. Eine Flasche Wein, Honig und kurz nach unserer Ankunft brachte Barbara uns einen herrlichen Kuchen und wenig später wurde uns eine phantastische Lasagne zum Nachtessen gebracht. Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht in phantastischer Natur mit einer Aussicht zum verlieben wird man in dieser Unterkunft sehr glücklich.

Stunning views from this country farm. We spent 5 days relaxing and traveling around the area. The sea is close by as well as many really great towns. The pizza restaurant at the other end of the dirt road is wonderful. It is a must.
