We spent 10 days at Casa Nicoletta and had a beautiful holiday. The apartment was very clean and cosy with all amenities available. The bathroom is newly renovated, the kitchen practical and equipped with everything necessary. There's even a private washing machine and plenty of space to dry the laundry in the sun. Stunning views from the roof top terrace! Great place for sun bathing, yoga and relaxing. The surrounding garden is beautiful and allows you to have your privacy on the premises. The owner Nicoletta shows great hospitality and always gives you helpful information if needed. Thank you for a great holiday!

The house is one of four houses within the same gated ground, located in the middle of an olive plantation. The owner and family live in two of the other houses. Quiet location. You can reach the beach by foot in about 10 minutes, but you will need a car to go to Mattinata town, located more than two kilometres away. The house has seaview from the big roof terrace, which has no shade at all and can be used only mornings and late afternoons/evenings (we were there early July). In front of the house is a nice shaded minor terrace. Kitchen/living room is nice and practical. Kitchen offers enough pots, pans etc for making a small, not to complicated dinner (a couple of good kitchen knives would have been nice). Bedroom and bathroome very nice. The house suitable for two, max. three persons. We were promissed (in writing) that WiFi would be available on our arrival. However, this was not the case and despite a new promise, it was also not installed during our stay. Obviously this was down to mis-communication within the family members. We didn´t receive any compensation or similar for this mistake, even if we made it clear that we needed WiFi for work related tasks and would not have chosen this apartment if we had not been promissed access to WiFi. H+P

We spent an enjoyable week in this property. It’s in a beautiful location; a small gated complex surrounded by olive trees and very secure. The sun roof was wonderful and inside, the property is well equipped. Nicoletta and her family were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The only downside was the absence of internet access; otherwise a perfect stay.
