Casa Spirea F is a characteristic and welcoming apartment situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps five people. From Casa Spirea F you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery. Casa Spirea F is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool and two shared jacuzzi pools, a private terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FIInternet access.
You will be roughly 2.5 km (1.5 miles) from Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away, the stop for the SITA bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Marina della Lobra) at 4.5 km (roughly 2.8 miles). You will reach Casa Spirea F from the parking area going up a short route that includes approximately 45 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Spirea F. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Casa Spirea apartments are part of a small complex consisting of 12 apartments and one bedroom for the holidays. The complex can host up to 67 people.


As guests of the complex, set in a quite location, you will enjoy a large shared swimming pool as well as a wonderful garden and a SPA. There are also a restaurant and a bar, near the swimming pool.

Please kindly note. The rental price includes: parking; continental breakfast; daily cleaning; linens and towels; electricity.Available upon request: baby bed. To be paid at the property:final cleaning EUR 20.00;check-in after 10 pm EUR 20.00. Tourist tax, paid locally: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 2.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 18 are exempt. Guests older than 75 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 11 meters (36 feet) large by 20 meters (65 feet) long, from 1.50 meter (5 feet) to 2.80 meters (9.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 9 am to 6 pm.
Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet). It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs and two gazebos. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness area
You will be able to enter the wellness area from the garden. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. A second above-ground jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats is also available in this area. Please note that use of the wellness area and facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally. The wellness area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the garden going down eight steps. In the wellness room you will find a sauna, a Turkish bath and a chromoterapy shower. Here you will also find a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Terrace
The terrace is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by wood roofs. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with wood. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a French bed. In this room an additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room. There is a fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator without freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The kitchen has a window.
Mezzanine Level with bathroom
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it climbing 12 steps. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a bedroom chair. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). On the mezzanine level there is a bathroom, decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bedroom - a suite with en-suite bathroom
This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the bedroom from the terrace through an external access. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), located on the mezzanine level. The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. The bedroom features an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with two seats. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and an open shower (please note that the bathroom is located on the mezzanine level).
