    This property is extremely well appointed with high end touches - it offers beautiful decorating throughout. We stayed here for our daughter’s Santa Barbara wedding and it was the perfect place. The living area has a wonderful open space for visiting - and the spacious bedrooms had incredibly comfortable beds!! Great place to stay!

    Except for worries about the LA fires. The place was everything it claims to be. Prepar for a little learning period with all the bells and whistles but every thing worked as advertised.As far as I know the outside security lights are outside a renters control but that is probably for the best.

    If you are looking for a home for three couples, you can stop looking now. It would be hard to beat this comfy, spotless, well-equipped townhome in the perfect location. It is two blocks to the beach and two blocks to State St. And if you are taking the train, it’s also two blocks from the station. (Rarely even heard the train.) I can’t count the number of restaurants and markets within a 5-10 minute walk. Neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk and bike around to see pretty homes and gardens. The kitchen has many of the basics - olive oil, spices, s and p, vinegar, coffee, etc. Also a surprising number of small appliances, coffee makers, blender, cuisineart… We used the gas grill that is right outside the kitchen door. Beds are huge and the mattresses are excellent. We enjoyed the gas fireplace. There is a binder with many dining and activity recommendations. We shopped at the Mercado that is around the corner. It had fabulous homemade salsas (we bought three), ceviche and an amazing selection of meat and seafood. Next door is Rudy’s Mexican Restaurant. It is very cute inside but we bought delicious breakfast burritos for takeout. (A two minute walk.) Santa Cruz Market is also right there. And finally, we had a dinner at Loquita. Excellent food and service in a beautiful outdoor setting. Highly recommend. within 5-10 minute walk.

    Exceeded our expectations! ✔️ clean ✔️ quiet neighborhood ✔️ messaged to let owners know we were arriving late due to flight cancellations, response was quick & accommodating ✔️ king beds, comfy pillows - allowed best night’s sleep in a long time! ✔️ Air Conditioning ✔️ kitchen amenities (loved that it had 3 coffee makers) ✔️ plenty of towels ✔️ privacy with lush outside greenery ✔️ walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tours, beach, Funk Zone ✔️ tv’s, fireplace & beautifully decorated (felt like home) Will ABSOLUTELY stay there again!
