Welcome to CASA PALOMA located on a plot of 2700 m2 between 5 and 7 minutes walk from the center of Pipa and its beaches.

The villa is quiet with a great view of the coconut trees and will offer every evening a spectacular sunset. Double 18mX2,50 of beautiful infinity pool and 9mX3.

CASA PALOMA is born in October 2015, it is tastefully decorated, combining elegance and tropical mind inviting you to travel.
It has 5 suites and 2 bedrooms.

The main house consists of 2 suites (bedroom with queen size bed, four poster bed), one of the 2 suites has an adjoining bedroom (alcove) with 2 single beds.
And a room with a double bed.
Each suite has a waxed concrete bathroom made by local artisans, walk-in shower.
A TV lounge, a kitchen, billiards area, a library area and a large living room overlooking the infinity pool.

A wooden bridge over the pool takes you to the main kiosk consists of a fully equipped open kitchen, dining room, TV room and bar area with BBQ.

In the garden are located 3 independent bungalows each consisting of a sleeping area, 2 bungalows with queen size bed and 1 bungalow 2 separate single beds that can be joined, a large closet, a bathroom and a terrace with hammock.

All suites, rooms and bungalows are equipped with air conditioning and benefit from high quality bedding.

For your sporting moments, CASA PALOMA offers a pool of 18 mx 2.50 m (lap pool). No more excuses for not doing lengths!
and your fun times another pool area ... relaxation guaranteed!
After the pool, you can reach the Zen Kiosk for your moments of relaxation.

For your leisure time, you can choose between the bowling green (equipped with projectors for play even in the evening) for petanque, a game of pool or table football in the Game Shop, or badminton and beach volleyball.

CASA PALOMA has internet (fiber optic wifi) as well as satellite TV (European channels including TV5 Monde and American), a large car park.
Towels (changed every 5 days), sheets changed once a week, pool towels (not to leave the house) are provided as well as a maintenance service of the daily common areas of the house and pool.
A bus stop (beaches) is 50 m from the entrance of the house.

A couple of caretakers, Selma and Francisco live in a house we put at their disposal at the entrance of the property. Selma will be able to prepare the breakfast table (which you have planned) and maintain the common areas. Francisco will take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden.
You can agree with Selma additional services (fees to be determined with it).
Possibility of a cook on request surcharge.

We ask you to respect the usual rules of good education and laws in force in Brazil.
