This was the second time we stayed at this particular property, but didn't realize it when booking. Perfect location (just steps to downtown). Perfect size for 6 people(3 bedroom and 2.5 baths). Bathrooms all looked brand new. The hosts keep it very clean and were very easy to communicate with and get a hold of. We asked for a late checkout so we could get to church, and they were very accommodating. Very well appointed kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Definitely stay there again...

This is a cute place and is well thought out. The best part is the location, which is only a 5 minute walk to downtown.

I’ve stayed in many homes in Paso over the years. This home by far was the most challenging experience. We had to ask for the door code to check in as we are standing at the door ready to begin our stay. All three of us will need to seek treatment from a chiropractor because the beds were hard and very uncomfortable. The air conditioner barely worked and it was 100 degrees on Saturday and the house never cooled the entire stay. The TV did not work as stated. There was no Netflix like it said in the book. We kept getting error messages and no one responded to my inquiry about it. There was a remote for a fire stick but no fire stick. The remote that did work took 30 minutes just to click on one thing and there were no instructions on how to work the tv and which remote did what. And I’m tech savvy. As I’ve said, I’ve stayed at many homes in Paso for my annual vacations and never wrote a review like this. The blankets smelled bad and were scratchy, there was a big chunk of dried bread visibly under the couch. Ya, we cleaned it up. As a guest I’ve never been demanded to wash dry and put away my dishes. We always do this but the demand was off putting and the cherry on top is we had to take out our own trash. I’ve never been asked to do that either.Even the excellent location didn’t make up for the frustration of all these issues.
