Casa Llama - Boho Retro 3BR, Sleeps 9, Fenced Yard, Walk to Downtown

Welcome to Casa Llama, our boho retro getaway in the heart of Fountain Inn. This colorful 3BR/2BA home sleeps up to 9, with vibrant wildflower decor, playful llama touches, and a wide open living area made for everyone being in one room together.

SLEEPING
Bedroom 1: king bed plus a twin. Bedroom 2: queen. Bedroom 3: a double and two twins. Six real beds across three rooms, which is how nine people sleep here without anyone drawing the short straw on the sofa.

BATHROOMS
Twofull bathrooms, both stocked with soap, shampoo and towels. One has the deep soaking tub guests keep mentioning.

KITCHEN
Oven, range, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, wine glasses, baking sheet, and a full set of dishes and silverware. The high-top dining table seats four.

OUTSIDE
Fully fenced backyard with a deck, outdoor furniture and a dining area. Good for morning coffee and for letting children run.

INSIDE
Central air that keeps up in a South Carolina August, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, a TV, and books on the shelf. Washer and dryer in the closet off the kitchen.

GETTING IN
Self check-in with a keypad. We send the code ahead of time, so there is no key handover and nothing to coordinate on arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM. Free parking on the property.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
A quiet residential street minutes from Main Street. Bobby's BBQ is about an 18-minute walk. The Younts Center for Performing Arts is in town. Heritage Park and the CCNB Amphitheatre are 3 minutes away.

Greenville is about 20 minutes: Falls Park on the Reedy roughly 21, the Convention Center about 17, Bon Secours Wellness Arena about 18. GSP airport is 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic, and Clemson is about 50.

HOUSE RULES
No pets, no smoking and no parties. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Renter must be 18 or older.
