Casa Edilia - Smack in the middle of town/one block from the beach

Great locations and a nice place!

House was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable, close to beach and town, had secure parking. We really enjoyed our week long stay and would stay here again.

The host gave clear directions on how to enter the house, we were appreciative of the two jugs of water and a bag of ice in the freezer. The location was great as far as being close to restaurants, and only a block from the beach. Lots of hot water nice fluffy towels for the bathroom as well as beach towels. And the host was very quick to respond to maintenance items that did arise.

What a great place to stay in Los barriles! Great location near restaurants and a small grocery store. Quick easy walk to the beach. The house was very clean and had easy access. Great layout with the small shady courtyard in back. Roosters were noisy and there was some loud music but nothing unexpected for Mexico.

The host is amazing and so nice to talk to. The house was awesome and the location was perfect. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Los Barriles.

We loved our stay in this little casita! Wonderful little oasis back yard. Easy walk to beach and stores. Tucked away yet central to everything. Loved having a kitchen to be able to make coffee and breakfast. Wonderful stay, thank you! Hope to be back.

The host was very responsible and easy to communicate with since he speaks English.Amenities were good and the casa was pleasant and resourceful, meaning hot showers, a/c with fans, bottled water, ice in freezer, good thick bathroom towels.

Nice rustic, authentic Mexican experience. Centrally located and easy access to everything. The town has to offer.

Great location. Comfortable and clean. This was the third time we have stayed at this property and it did not disappoint. Pet friendly.

Great location! The property was a bit dated and in need of some basic repair. We had an incident with the door locks and were locked out. Found a locksmith across the street who told us the doors have been a problem for 15 years! He said he would not fix it because he’s had problems with the owner. Response from the manager and owner was less than acceptable. We were instructed to break a window to get in. Happened on Saturday and we were told it could be fixed on Tuesday. After some discussion, they sent a different Locksmith who arrived at 8:00 pm. We had reported the problem at 2:30. The locks were changed by 10:00 pm, but the window remained broken, with a towel stuffed in it, until Tuesday. We had to take all valuables with us wherever we went as the property was not secure. Not once did the owner check back with us to see if things had gotten fixed. Very unprofessional and unfortunate. Will definitely go back to Los Barriles, but would never stay on this property again.

We loved the place. We rented the side by side that was on the property and recommend doing that.

Near ocean, walk to restaurants

For us this location was perfect. Close to restaurants and walk to Beach. Host was excellent.

We had a great stay, and the location is perfect. A block to the beach, and everything in town is walkable. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed. The house is well stocked, including with beach umbrellas and chairs:) Will be back!
