Stayed Jul 7, 2024Alberto was amazing from beginning to end. Once I booked, he reached out personally introducing himself and asking about our plans. He made recommendations for everything: places to visit, eat, rent bikes, beaches etc. During our stay, he was like a concierge service. Whatever we needed, he was happy to help. That included ordering taxis, getting a dinner reservation and renting a car. The apartment is a great location and big. Our teen loved having her “own” apartment. The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything. We easily walked to supermarket, train station and the beach. There is a huge park very closeby. But Alberto made it special. He knows everyone and genuinely is invested in his guests having a wonderful time. I highly recommend staying with Alberto in Viareggio if coming to the Tuscan coast!
