You’ll be perfectly situated between the beach and local amenities. Mesa Lane beach access and the Douglas Preserve are steps away, and just a few blocks further are Lighthouse Coffee, Lazy Acres market, and several dining options for all your nourishing needs.

Built in 1925, this hacienda-style home has a rich history. It’s a redirected landmark that's also named the ‘Charles Pressley Adobe’ after one of the town’s first El Presidente’s of our annual Fiesta celebration. Tucked away behind a gate and private wall, this estate offers ideal privacy and serenity on a quarter acre. Fully restored, the four-bedroom and three-bathroom home is complete with modern amenities and tasteful touches. Delicate arches, wood ceilings, stone fireplace, and luxurious linens abound. Outside enjoy being immersed in all-encompassing lush gardens while smelling the sea air. Don't be surprised if you feel like shouting Viva la! upon entering.

    Casa del Sol was true to its name, wonderfully equipped for comfort, relaxation & enjoying a somewhat rare week of fabulously warm February sunshine. Well equipped kitchen, living spaces, comfy beds, quiet, but within minutes of downtown & the water. Hope to return some day soon!

    This house was perfect for us and our adult children!! Everything in the home was high end, clean and very comfortable!! Lots of hang out spots for all of us. Anything we needed was within walking distance including the beach. Loved our stay there!!

    What a gem this house and property! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and full of humming birds! There are so many indoor and outdoor spots to get away to read a book or have a great conversation. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable on the beach. The house is decorated with so many special details and well stocked to cook and enjoy a wonderful meal in an ideal setting! I highly recommend this beautiful well cared for historic home!

    Spacious, well stocked, split floor plan - worked perfect for our group of 6-8. The home is stunning. Kitchen is upscale. Primary is spacious, but you might consider sleep masks as the beautiful skylights brighten the room by 5:00am. All beds / bedding / linens were terrific and very comfortable. The charming, private backyard offers both sun and shade during the day. It was 75-90 degrees during our mid-June stay and the home was plenty cool (no AC). Truly a gem in every way. Can't wait to come back - terrific experience.
