Casa del Sol - Historic Santa Barbara Adobe

We absolutely loved this home. We had 3 couples in our group & everyone had their privacy. The house is not only beautiful, but really well appointed. We made great dinners, enjoyed the hut tub, played cornhole in the private yard, & found the location to be central to everything.

Casa del Sol was true to its name, wonderfully equipped for comfort, relaxation & enjoying a somewhat rare week of fabulously warm February sunshine. Well equipped kitchen, living spaces, comfy beds, quiet, but within minutes of downtown & the water. Hope to return some day soon!

House was in a great area. Wonderful accommodations and perfect for a family. Clean and beautiful inside and out. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful home tucked away from the crowd. Very large. Perfect entertainment home. Beds were amazing. We definitely will be back. The staff was very responsive. We arrived after dark and home was all lit up and inviting. Thank you.

The home was beautiful and incredibly comfortable! It had everything we needed and more and made for a wonderful family vacation for my little sister’s wedding. Fantastic location, clean, great bedding, upscale throughout. Highly recommend and we look forward to visiting again.

old world charm with all the modern conveniences. Smooth communications with Paradise Properties and a mellow, welcoming feeling thru out the home and grounds. There was more than enough space for the eight of us to be completely comfortable. Wonderfull 3 day experience for my 70th.

This house was perfect for us and our adult children!! Everything in the home was high end, clean and very comfortable!! Lots of hang out spots for all of us. Anything we needed was within walking distance including the beach. Loved our stay there!!

What a gem this house and property! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and full of humming birds! There are so many indoor and outdoor spots to get away to read a book or have a great conversation. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable on the beach. The house is decorated with so many special details and well stocked to cook and enjoy a wonderful meal in an ideal setting! I highly recommend this beautiful well cared for historic home!
