Events are not allowed on the property. The house is 25 km from Bari and only 5 km from beautiful Polignano a Mare. Within 30 km, you can reach some of Puglia’s most charming towns, such as Monopoli, Castellana Grotte, Conversano, and Alberobello, famous for its trulli. The scenic Canale di Pirro, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, and Cisternino are part of the Itria Valley. Ostuni, known as the white city, is about 40 km away.



In Cozze, during summer, there are several restaurants and pizzerias, some offering takeaway. Just steps from the villa, a beach club with pool, bar, and restaurant is available for an extra fee.
