The open living and dining areas flow out to a covered porch and a walled courtyard, so the line between indoors and the mesa nearly disappears. A wood-burning stove anchors the living room on cool desert evenings.

Bedroom 1 is the primary retreat, with a king bed, a vintage armoire, an ensuite bathroom, and a private door to the walled courtyard. The in-home washer and dryer are tucked into the bedroom's closet.

Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed in a quiet, light-filled corner that is easy to settle into.

Bedroom 3 features a double bed, a wall-mounted smart TV, and a glass door opening to the porch.



Bathrooms

Casa de Taos offers 2 full bathrooms. The primary ensuite has a vanity and a walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom features a tub and shower combination with handmade tile accents. Fresh towels and standard bath amenities are provided.

The living room is the heart of the home, with a leather sectional and chaise, a cast-iron wood-burning stove, and a smart TV beneath dramatic wood-and-steel ceilings. Walls of glass pull in the light and the views, and the open layout connects easily to the dining area and kitchen, making it a natural place to gather after a day outdoors.

The kitchen is built for real cooking, with a gas range, double wall oven, dishwasher, and a large island with bench seating. The adjacent dining table seats six beneath a wrought-iron chandelier, with big windows framing the courtyard and mesa beyond.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire adobe home, the covered porch, the walled courtyard, the hot tub, and the surrounding flagstone patios and gardens.

Self check-in is available via a lockbox, so arrival is simple and flexible. Entry instructions are shared before your stay.

Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles between the driveway and the covered parking area. RV parking is also available, with on-site water and electric hookups.

The home sits on an unpaved mesa road; in winter conditions, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended.

Getting Around:

A car is recommended for your stay; downtown Taos and the ski areas are a short drive from the mesa. In winter, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is recommended for the unpaved access road.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM in consideration of our neighbors.

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

Pets are not allowed.

No smoking, parties, or events.

This is a single-story adobe home. Cooling is provided by a high-efficiency window A/C unit and ceiling fans; heating comes from radiant slate floors and a wood-burning stove.

The property has some uneven flagstone paths and a few exterior steps.

The unpaved mesa access road may require a 4WD or AWD vehicle in winter.
