Unwind on the outdoor fire pit with seating for six. The outdoor casita fireplace next to it will provide additional heating during chilly nights. Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.
