We loved that the owners have thought of everything. We didn’t want for anything. They were very easy to communicate with. Loved the house. Modern décor. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Would love to return there.

We booked this property for my relaxing bachelorette party. It was absolutely stunning! Definitely the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! The hosts were insanely accommodating and checked in with us during the stay. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the property! We loved watching all the wildlife! Only thing I would recommend is bringing bug spray!

The house is beautiful and the swimming pool was a really nice extra. We had plenty room for the 7 of us.

We loved our stay! We went for a bachelorette and it was so nice having our own place to relax. There are beach chairs and a beach buggy to use making our beach excursions so easy. Then we got to wind down in the pool at night and be in our own space.

What a wonderful week for our family, ranging from the ages of 2 to 61! The location was fabulous for great restaurants, beaches, and water taxi. The pool was absolutely wonderful for the warm Fort Lauderdale weather. We found an Uber driver that took us to and from our destinations that were not walkable with a simple text that made for a smooth experience. Perfect week! Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home!

Great property with wonderfully landscaped pool area

Awesome house in a beautiful neighborhood! The pool and back yard were amazing to just relax by. The house is very clean and actually nicer in person than in pictures. Owner was great to work with and the check in and check out process was super easy! Kitchen was well stocked. I will say, for future guests there was no cabinet of leftover spices (except for salt and pepper), oil, plastic bags, etc. Nothing that I expected by an means, just be sure to pick that stuff up at the grocery store! Additionally for future guests, the beach may be somewhat a long walk depending on your mobility. We rented a golf cart and got around just fine!5 out of 5 stay for me and 4 of my next friends for a 40th birthday celebration.

This was our second visit to Casa Cocconut. Such a beautiful home in quiet gated community. Brian and Ali are great hosts easy to contact. House really well stocked with everything you require for a lovely stay. Excellent pool and patio area. Beach a 5 min walk away and grocery store 2 min drive. Highly recommend!!

This was a great house! The living room and bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. It was so helpful to have beach chairs and towels available and the walk to the beach was so convenient!

Probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale! The property is clean, private, and quiet. My family and I come to Fort Lauderdale at least twice a year and we will definitely book this home again. Although it was only my husband and I this time, we will surely be back. We came to Fort Lauderdale to have a chance to see Messi play and we couldn't have found a better place! Brian and Ali's place was very lovely and close to the beach!

Casa Coconut did not disappoint. The house was perfect for our vacation. The house and property were very clean and well taken care of. Everything you may need is provided including beach chairs, beach wagon and plenty of towels. They have thought of everything. The location was great. A quick walk to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. Brian and Ali were very responsive during the booking process and checked in while we were there to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be saving the property for future trips.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! As mentioned in other reviews the house is so well maintained, cared for and clean. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Check in was very easy as was check out. The location is great, lots of walkable options, beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The backyard pool area is an oasis, the pool was clean and well maintained as well. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a meeting at The Westin down the beach and my wife and I didn’t want to stay on property. This house was perfect for our needs and very close to the hotel! Would highly recommend!!

We arrived to 2 broken beds. Bed in middle room had leg broken off. Bed in room near pool had clearly been broken by last person who stayed and propped up. Bed in master propped up by cinder blocks. We contacted owner immediately. We didn't need all four beds and they thanked us for letting us know. After we discovered the 2nd broken bed - no response was given. 2 of us had to sleep on couches. No refund or solution was offered by owners who are apparently not checking on the condition of the property before renting it out. Definitely not worth the price we paid for beds we couldn't sleep in. This property is also not close to the restaurants or beaches of Ft. Lauderdale's main area. NOT worth the money.

The home is amazing as are the landscaping and pool! The owners are very responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay again. There isn’t access to the garage but they have all the beach equipment you can think of including a cart! They have thought out every detail! When there was an issue the owner addressed it immediately! They even have a box fan in the spare bedroom. I recommend this place to family’s, the adults and kids alike will love it!

Despite crazy travel and rainy weather, Casa Coconut provided a fun and relaxing experience. We had an awesome time with our friends. Private pool, quite the space at the beach, and a quiet and safe neighborhood… it was a great getaway.

This is such a beautiful home. It feels open and spacious. It was extremely clean and felt very homey. The walk to the beach was quick and easy. The hosts thought of everything youd need and have it available. We really enjoyed our stay!

The first impression as the family walked into the door was wow, this is awesome!The space, the beds, the pool, the updated kitchen, and the 2 minute walk to the beach made this vacation every bit of wonderful!

This is the second time we utilized this facility. Accommodation are wonderful and host/owners are easy to contact and chat with. Place is close to everything. Only thing was the outdoor pool cushions were not well kept from last year. Pool area is phenomenal and very relaxing so not having good cushions was a disappointment. Plan to come back again soon.

Casa Coconut was the perfect place for a family ranging from 20 months to 60 years. Everything was wonderful from the pool to the beach to the restaurants that are walking distance.

We stayed here for 5 nights following a hectic week in Orlando. Casa Coconut provided us with the perfect place to relax and unwind but was close enough to all Lauderdale-by-the-Sea has to offer - which is a lot! Ali and Brian are fantastic hosts and responded immediately when we asked for advice regarding a medical issue. Book this place - you won’t regret it!

We had another fabulous vacation at Casa Coconut.It’s a great location, walkable to everywhere. The house has everything you’ll need. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and barely 15 minutes into LBTS.We absolutely love it there, we will be back!Thanks Ali and Brian.

The property was just as advertised. Lovely house in a quiet, upscale neighborhood within 1.5 mile waling of Lauderdale by The Sea. Well kept, comfortable furnishing and bedding. Close proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants make it easy to explore, and then return to this comfortable oasis to relax and recharge for the next day. My friends and I booked Brian and Ali's home for a long weekend getaway. The house was just as advertised; it was well-equipped with everything we needed, it was very spacious, and the location was perfect; just a short walk to the beach, the town center, and all the things Lauderdale by the Sea has to offer. We very much enjoyed the house. The layout for our family was excellent. Property has everything you need, pool toys for kids or stuff for the beach. We were seeking safety of Hurricane Milton and thank God this house was available! My and 4 small kiddos loved the home and rented a golf cart to enjoy the beach and nearby parks and restaurants. We loved the pool and neighborhood felt so safe. The hosts were amazing, let us check in early and offered great communication during the stay. Kids are already asking to go back! Thank you!

If you're looking for a place for your group to stay in the Fort Lauderdale / Pompano Beach area, look no further. Everyone will thank you for finding Casa Coconut! First of all, it's a clean-as-can-be house, not a crowded hotel or condo. Who wants to share a pool or two with hundreds of people when you can have your own heated super-clean pool, with all the floats you'll need? Plus, there's an outdoor TV. So if you think vegging out watching your favorite show or sport is relaxing, try it while floating in a pool! All of the beds are in great shape, and the sofas are super-comfy. Plus, there's plenty of room in the house for everyone to hang out together with all the sofas, tables, chairs, etc. The a/c works great and there are ceiling fans everywhere -- you'll stay cool no matter how hot it gets outside. But you're not renting a place in Florida to stay inside! When it's time to get some fresh air, the beach is a very short walk away. Pack up the supplied beach chairs and umbrellas into the cart they have for you and get everyone in the sun! Of course, you've got to eat! There's a serious grill you can use, and there are rows of excellent restaurants a very short drive away. Plus, UberEats will have no problems getting to the door!
